The customer service was brilliant
The customer service was brilliant. The person I spoke to over the phone, Alex, was very concise, friendly and very patient. There were times where I did not understand or hear properly, yet Alex repeated himself until I was able to understand. Even when I had questions that I thought were dumb to ask, Alex was nice enough to explain in layman's terms.
I was very happy about how efficient and helpful the service was.
