Bad Quality
I ordered two AT 10 Genius rackets. The delivery was quick, but one racket had a bad quality and I had to return the racket. I was disappointed because I ordered at Nox directly hoping to get the best rackets. Therefore I was willing to pay the fulle price. At other stores you get the rackets 20% cheaper. Unfortunately that was not the case.

I've ordered a racket of €340,-, not once, not twice, but three times... The first two rackets were damaged and after I received the third racket, while sending the other ones back to Nox and waiting for a month, Nox promised me that I will receive a gesture of good will for my inconvenience,...But they can't even keep their promise...! Bad customer service!

My racket was was not delivered
My racket was was not delivered.
Racket was not delivered, with the largest responsible here being Fedex, the shipping provider. Due to internal processes, a new racket or refund was not possible, until the shipping provider has officially stated the loss of the package. Fedex has provided me with three different conclusions, and the drop off location still has the on the way status for the package. Fedex has a signed proof of delivery from someone who does not work at the drop off location.
I had to pressure my rights under the EU consumer law in order to force a next action. I would recommend paying with Paypal, allowing the possibility of a dispute in case the shipper loses the package.
Nox did respond to my questions, but could not help me further. I do not believe this is due to being unwilling, but had to force the solution anyway.

From the very beginning, we closely monitored the status of the shipment. You personally contacted FedEx to request a change of address, and this modification was approved by the shipping provider. However, despite the approval, FedEx ultimately delivered the package to the original address and registered a delivery signature.
Given this situation, and in order to avoid further delays, we processed a replacement shipment on our end while FedEx continues its official investigation, which is still ongoing.
We understand that these types of procedures can be complex, but at NOX we always strive to act with the utmost diligence to offer the best possible solution. We appreciate that you acknowledged our willingness to assist you, even in a case caused by external factors beyond our control.
We remain committed to improving and preventing similar situations in the future.

Delivery very slow

Stars is not about the product. I love the Nox products, rackets, shoes, clothing - it's perfect for me. But delivery is very bad. They charge so much for delivery, and it takes 2 weeks to another EU country. They use Fedex and it's the slowest courier company ever. I see many reviews about delivery from other buyers. So guys think about this and do action for this delivery issue..
