Was an excellent experience, with different moods, music, dance and sleep.

From when I first ordered my Noxus floor lamp a while ago until needing some further customer support more recently, communication has been excellent and issues have been resolved quickly. I also love, love, love my lamp! It’s beautiful.

After having a problem with a floor lamp we purchased Michael in customer service was quick to reply and came up with a solution and now all is good

We absolutely love our Noxu lamp the only problem is you have one and you need more. The range of colours you can set is phenomenal and the remote is really easy to use. They look so stylish and suit every room in the house. I will be adding to my collection of Noxu lamps very soon. The other major plus point is that the customer service from Noxu is outstanding so helpful and responsive. It is an all around 10 out of 10 for these products.

Absolutely love this lamp. There are numerous options for different colours and patterns and even speed. It is often a talking point with visitors. Also we ordered the wrong colour originally and they happily exchanged it for us with no problem. (I did order a cheaper version elsewhere for my sons bedroom as he loved it but it was not a patch on this one, nowhere near as many options and it arrived in a million parts to build yourself so it is definitely worth spending the extra money to get a good quality one from Noxu).

Fabulous over the phone service with these guys, placed order after checking item was in stock and received my order a few days later, good quality products that brighten up wherever placed in home …

The lamp is an absolutely fantastic addition to anyone's interior. The colours are beautiful, there is a variety to choose from, the intensiveness of light is just spot on and it can add a super modern and cool touch to anyone's place!

I would definitely recommend it to anyone, who is willing to add a very ambient touch to their place:)

Just received my be yourself wall art. I am actually over the moon. If I could attach pictures I would!!

It came packaged with supporting foam which is great to see. I was initially concerned that it may get scratched or damaged during delivery.

The finish quality on the stainless steel is good and the backing plate is SO colourful (exactly as shown in the pictures).

Spoke with Marcus throughout ordering and he was helpful along the way.

All in all, great job Noxu and looking forward to seeing what else you have in store. ❤️❤️

Placed an order for a lamp 2 months ago, regularly received false updates about shipping dates and tracking numbers. Nothing has been sent out yet, kept pushing the shipping dates back telling me the lamp was out of stock (not according to their website) and pushing discounts codes on me (so I can buy more from them) instead of refunding.

They have stopped answering my e-mails, zero replies so I've involved my bank and my credit card company to assist me in pulling back the payment. I wasn't smart enough to google 'Noxu design + Scam' until now and I'm shocked by what I see. The only positive reviews I've seen are the few ones here on Trustpilot, I'm highly suspicious of them being fake due to how generically they sound, like written all of it by the same person.

Noxu Design is a TOTAL SCAM THAT WILL ROB YOU OF YOUR MONEY AND FINALLY GHOST YOU.

btw their 'designer' Norita doesn't even exist and the products are imported from China, not made in the UK. They belong in prison.

UPDATE: After writing the review here and also posting it on Noxu's website (which they censored of course, nothing but full star reviews over there), they have gotten back in touch with me... with yet another 'no later than ___' shipping date promises!

I spoke to my bank again and they recognise this pattern as stalling until refund time frame expires, so BEWARE if they are playing the waiting game with you!

I went ahead and closed my credit card and filed a claim for refund. After notifying Noxu about it, I received an e-mail from them within 7.minutes (record time!) telling me that they cancelled the order and made the refund, ending the e-mail with a screenshot and following text:
'Should you feel like saving your bank some time you can tell them (and show them) that this has now been refunded and no additional intervention is needed'

£65 is not the end of the world, it's a matter of doing the right thing, so I don't feel like saving my bank some time at all. Actually, my bank encouraged me to go through with it, 'anybody should do it no matter the amount' is what they said, 'don't let them get away with it'.

honestly one of the best purchases I've ever made. compliments my entertainment area so well. the variable settings means there is always a colour or a pattern that suits any mood. the light becomes the topic of conversation for any evening gathering.

Beautiful ambiance thanks to these lights! I have two of them that help create a cool vibe around my entertainment center. They turn on and off at the same time each evening with the help of an outlet timer. After a year of use, one of them started randomly blinking, so I emailed support. Within a few days, a brand new one arrived. Great product and support!

I never had such amazing home accessory that enables me to change the atmosphere of my home completely with a click of a button. Taking such a small place in the room but elevating the interior of the entire apartment. Love it and great customer care as well.

I’ve owned a Noxu light for well over two years and it works really well, providing limitless effects, creating a great atmosphere.

Having bought my original floor lamp from Noxu a little under a year ago, I decided to purchase a wall lamp recently to compliment it. I ran into some technical difficulties syncing the lamps and the team at Noxu were very prompt and helpful in getting this resolved for me. The products are great as is the customer service so would recommend buying here rather than cheap knock offs on Amazon.

There were a couple of problems with the crystal vases that I ordered but this was all sorted efficiently and communication was excellent. The vases are lovely.

The lamp is beautiful and we absolutely love the product. The delivery and the servuce all worked really great. Beautiful shop, beautiful products and good service. Totally recomend.

Fair play to Noxu. I placed an order on boxing Day on a 3-5 day delivery. Even allowing for extra bank holidays etc we hadn't heard anything. When I contacted them however they went out of their way to sort this out for me, shipped the product next day to ensure it was installed by the time I needed it for my product launch.

Their customer service turned a 1 star into a 5 star review. Great work!

I had an issue with a recently purchased lamp. I contacted customer services and within 3 days I had received a replacement lamp. Disappointed to have the issue with the lamp but customer service response was brilliant from start to finish 👍

Integrity, when dealing with a company, may sometimes be questionable at best. I will have to say, my experience with the staff at NOXU Design, particularly Michael, has been extraordinary. I purchased four lights from them (two are this corner-facing light). One of the corner lights began flashing for some reason. I reached out to NOXU and Michael asked I send a short video to show the issue. He immediately responded & authorized a spare part be sent to me. I was quite impressed, since I have owned the fixtures for over a year. As a result of supply-chain shortages, the part was not in stock & there was no anticipated delivery date. As a result, Michael let me know he was sending an entirely new light to replace the one not working properly. That is superlative business integrity. My new light works beautifully & I could not say enough positive comments about my experience with NOXU Design. All the best — Jim
