It is march 5th now and the shipment is stuck with the status:
"Nancheng, Depart from facility to service provider." for 3 days now.

Tried to get in touch with support, but no reply received.

Better to avoid this company.

Still no shipping or update on Order #6761 since January 31st

I placed my order (#6761) on January 31st and it was confirmed immediately. However, it has been nearly a month and the status is still "Confirmed" with no shipping update or tracking number provided.
​I sent an inquiry email on February 18th but have received no response at all. I understand there might be holiday delays, but the complete lack of communication is very disappointing for a brand like Noyafa.
​Please note: I am not looking for a refund. I want my order to be processed and shipped as soon as possible. I need a definitive update and a tracking number immediately. I hope this public review encourages the support team to finally take action.

Haven't recieved the product yet. Slow shipping. I realise it comes from China (like everything) but they do NOT honour their shipping policy. They ship when they feel like it and send it on the "slow boat"!

Extremely poor support. Even after several attempts by email and chat I never got a response to my device that went dead after using it only 2 times. Also the delivered power adapter doesn't even fit the device.

I bought the NOYAFA NF-716ADHS PRO All-in-one IPC CCTV Camera Tester.
Their most complete device.
On June 2, 2025,
It arrived at a warehouse on June 12, 2025, and never left.
Support is unresponsive.
This is clearly a scam.
They don't respond, and I haven't even received the device.

They don't even try to solve the logistics problem.

Don't buy it.
The company doesn't deliver.

They're scammers.

O suporte não responde.
Claramente se trata de um scam.
Não respondem, nem recebo o parelho.

Nem tenta resolver o problema que é logistica

I purchased the NF-268, which claims to trace telephone cables. However, it doesn't work at all. No signal is detected even after just 5cm. Please check my test video(search "Noyafa is completely rubbish" in ytb). This product is completely useless.

Haf ordered 5 units on their website. never received the goods. their support does not respond to inquiries. despite countless inquiries no goods. do not buy. you will just lose your money.

Purchased a NF-859GT and when you look at the firmware it says it's a NF-8508F.

The manual says there should be certain features available which are not.

When I made the initial purchase I was looking to buy a lot more hardware but now knowing the company, I decided against as I wanted to see what they were like. Glad I didn't buy more now as I'd have been quite a bit out of pocket.

Emailed support and they have not got back to me.

Very poor hardware and very poor customer support.

i ordered and paid for an item 260,95 on 3 march, 16 march still the same message waiting to pick up by courier.
The answered me sorry the courier was my package forgotten and the send a new one.

Now it's 25 march no shipment message no answer on emails and i lost my money and no product.
Pure scam

Delivery was quoted more that the original price for customs fees (paid 60 EUR in noyafa.com and another 70 EUR in DHL Customs Fees). They never mention that in their website and in fact they say that they ship from many warehouses from inside Europe. Liers ! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!

I bought a tester NF-826. In two month i haven't received anything. Support doesn't respond to me. Scammers.
