Poor Quality and Useless After Sales

I bought a property from Noyanlar. Over priced but that's another story. During the sale they don't tell you the extra costs such as money for the water meter, money for TV dish, money to connect electricy supply, money to register the property. I was left to discover them myself as i went along. Then I was told by a rude abrupt woman called Elif "your property has been checked and we're ready to hand you the key" I collected the key and checked the property for myself. I was very disappointed with the poor quality of materials used, workmanship was so poor too. I found over a dozen problems that needed to be put right. When I reported the problems to the Elif woman at the After Sales Office. Rude again. She didn't want to know. It took months of chasing builders, electricians to get things done to a decent standard. I REGRET buying from Noyanlar. Don't be fooled by their posh looking sales office. Their after sales people will give you depression. Because of my experiences I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company who are years behind in high standards and customer service..

Extremely disappointing communication and transparency.

My experience with Noyanlar Construction has been extremely frustrating.

I purchased an apartment in one of their projects and have been making my payments consistently and on time. The original delivery date of my apartment was August 2025. This was later moved to February 2025, and now has been pushed again to March 2026.

Based on the Feb completion date that was communicated to me, I even booked flights to Cyprus to arrange my move, only to later be told the date had changed again.

What is even more concerning is the lack of communication and transparency. I have raised several questions and formal complaints, but responses are either vague or not provided at all. I was even advised to contact the person who handles my sales contract, yet after reaching out, I received no response.

At the same time, the company is very quick to contact me when they want payments. I have already paid £5,600 for power distribution, yet I am now being asked for additional payments related to electricity setup without clear explanation.

I have also learned that some buyers in the same project phase appear to have been offered additional advantages such as appliances or air conditioning instalments, while others have not. When I asked for clarification on the criteria behind this decision, II received no clear answer.

After investing a significant amount of money into this property, I expected professional communication, transparency, and consistent treatment of buyers. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience so far.

I sincerely hope the company improves how it communicates with its customers and addresses concerns properly, because at the moment the level of service is very disappointing.

We have experienced numerous…

We have experienced numerous disappointments with sellers in North Cyprus, so we decided to purchase from Noyanlar, a well-known company with decades of experience. Unfortunately, the property we bought from them was poorly built, with many aspects not finished professionally, and the actual owners of Noyanlar are nowhere to be found. In my opinion, it’s like buying fake goods that only resemble an original, because the workers and builders handling Noyanlar’s properties are being passed off without proper oversight. As a result, buyers will need to spend extra money and bring in private builders to fix the substandard work that Noyanlar failed to complete properly. Noyanlar should be ashamed of themselves for causing so much heartache to buyers who have already paid in full, especially since they trusted their long-standing reputation.
