Worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with, i would even go as far as saying they are thieves! Avoid and use one of the many professional companies out there. You learn by mistakes and I lost out quite a lot by choosing this cowboy company.
NP IT does not answer the phone, return messages or respond to emails. If you have any issues with the equipment they installed, they will not help you. You are not considered a customer of theirs and they are too busy to help you. The equipment manufacturer (Control4) no longer recognises them. Be cautious of dealing with this business.
