I love my new Rallye bike
I love my new Rallye bike. It showed up quicker than I had anticipated. Unfortunately my helmet and fender have yet to make it to me. I would have given five stars if the logistics had been coordinated better.

The purchase process was straight forward and the customer service team has been super helpful with my follow up questions. The bike itself is as advertised, a great smooth ride. Kinda what you expect for something with the star on it.

Price was fair bike was easy to assemble. Kinda wish they would have sent the helmet along with the bike. Love the bike and all the bells and whistles. Can’t wait for the Spring to really enjoy the ride.

I am still dealing with this Company - BEWARE!!!!
I am still dealing with this Company. Now the bottom cover will not attacch correct and they are telling me to use double sided tape to attach back. Mind you this bike cost 12k and they want me to use double sided tape. I insisted they get a local mobile rep to assist in repair and he even said he can not believe this bike was made with the chepeast of parts.
You will only be delaing with a person by the name of Sophie by the way in support. They seem to only have one person. I have repeatedly asked for a manger but they will not give that info out.

Dee did a wonderful job in working with me & answering my questions. Bike arrived earlier than projected. Easy to finish assembly out of the box. Bike is on the heavy side, but has plenty of power to spare. I was blown away riding in the lowest assist mode (Comfort). I’m eagerly looking forward to some warmer weather to enjoy future adventures with this bike.
This company feels like fraud
This company feels like fraud, I ordered a bike with them and tried to cancel my order within a day. I was unable to get through to anyone. My call was passed between multiple members of the team with not resolution.
I had to get Fords corporate email account involved, and was finally able to get the order cancelled after 2 weeks - by which time my order had already been dispatched!!
Mind you I had called tens of times, sent multiple emails but was completely ghosted. I refused delivery and requested a refund. Which I was promised was being processed, however its been 4 months and I haven't received my money back. Every 2 weeks I call and send an email detailing the situation and previous communication with no luck.
I strongly urge anyone considering placing an order with this company to NOT DO THAT. Atleast not from Canada. Its been a horrible experience.

Customer support poor
My sales contact Dee was very helpful. However now that I have it’s been politely suggested to call someone else. Who? There is no communication, the documentation is pathetic and in some cases just wrong. The bike seems nice, although one of the tires blew out on first ride! But I got a new one that I paid for and things now seem ok. The documentation and lack of support are reasons to not buy, it’s that bad. Bike is ok.

I’m going to start out by explaining why I deducted 1 star, because that will be followed by a lot of praise.
As others have stated,I would’ve appreciated more
explanation on the shipping delays,and addressing it.
Also,there were two little knicks(only)in the paint,and a couple rub marks on the matte finish.Having said that,the packing is very good,as those were the only flaws.
Only other complaint is the weight of this e-bike…would carbon frame help…perhaps?

The bike is solid/sturdy and well made.
The design and parts quality make me very happy.
Despite the weight,the bike has great power,and pick-up.
Although I am still waiting on the fenders…This bike,as a kit (as I ordered all the accessories) is amazing!
There is no other product out there that gives all the “goodies”…aka the smart helmet,carbon fiber stand,
dashboard/cockpit with all the info given legibly.

The Rallye e-bike looks amazing sitting right next to my vehicle!

I had a very bad experience
I had a very bad experience with the company due to their constantly changing delivery times; they can never manage to deliver on time, which puts customers in a situation where they cannot take their bikes. If I had known this beforehand, I would never have purchased a bike from them. It has been extremely frustrating. Initially, they told me that I would receive my bike in the 2nd week of September, but then it was pushed back to the 3rd week of October.
I returned my bike under their policy
I returned my bike under their policy. I like the quality but it was too top-heavy for me. I returned it over a month ago and cannot get a refund. I have emailed weekly and the response is they are "checking on it". I have never had this experience with any other company and worry that they have money issues????
