Dead plant received after 12 days in transit
God!
after 12 days in transit, today i got the pack with my Japanese maple.
A dead plant of course, there have been 37-38C in last 2 weeks.
More, i have order a specific plant, and i got a completely different one.
On the other hand, if this plant would have been alive, i would have scored them 5 stars for it. A very nice plant, with good structure, but...it is completely dried, not only leaves, but the branches are also dried (white colors).Completely toasted by the heat. No sap running through the bark.
I simply cry seeing the poor plant dead.
WHAT A PITY!
The packaging was done pretty much correct. the box size was correct chosen. Plant was fixed with 2 long sticks, and didn't turned upside down inside.
3 emails sent to them, in these 2 very hot weeks of waiting. A single reply ensuring me that plant will be fine.
I sent them a video, pictures with the plant, as i receive it today.
I hope that my money will be reimbursed.
I try to reach them by phone, but "kein english". Only emails. Hopefully i will get the answer from them.
I have hope that they realize that they need to change their transport company, because otherwise i should receive a good, well packed and nice tree (even if it was wrong labeled compared with what i have ordered)
