NRG Matrix Health Clinic is a mother–daughter founded practice based in London and online, created by women, for women. With over 20 years of clinical experience, our lead practitioner is recognised as one of the UK’s leading nutritional therapists and lifestyle medicine experts, specialising in female healthy ageing, weight management and hormonal health. | Our work brings together advanced nutritional therapy, lifestyle medicine, strength and cardiovascular training, and mindset coaching to support women through every stage of hormonal change and healthy beautiful ageing. We also offer bespoke aesthetics + nutrition & lifestyle medicine packages that help your skin, hair and overall self glow from both within and out (via referral to our affiliate registered aesthetics clinic - Dr Vahe). | NRG Matrix was born from a shared frustration: women’s healthcare, especially around hormones and ageing, is too often overlooked. Healing Hashimoto’s

Natalie (and Ashley) played a pivotal role in helping me navigate and ultimately overcome a health crisis in my life. I was battling with uncontrollable weight gain, low energy, difficulty regulating emotionally, and facing continuous dismissal by endocrinologists. Natalie helped me connect the dots and ultimately find a local practitioner (I was abroad) who helped me get my Hashimoto’s diagnosis, lose over 20kg and get my life and spark back! I will forever be grateful for her patience, help and guidance for I wouldn’t be here without her

This gut health nutritionist changed my life

Natalie is my nutritionist in her private practice and has been helping me with my gut health. She’s given me targeted testing so I’m not wasting money on unnecessary tests and I’ve really seen and felt amazing progress from it. Shes patient, incredibly knowledgable, accommodating and always there to answer questions I have. I’m someone who has struggled with sleep for as long as I can remember and I can now sleep straight through until the morning, which is worth its weight in gold. I’m now not feeling the discomfort/pains after eating and I have a much better understanding of what’s causing these issues. I feel much sharper at work and am finally getting better after 10+ years with these symptoms and no doctor/specialist being able to trace the cause. I would highly recommend Natalie!

Great strength coaching, considerate coach

I had an amazing series of strength coaching with Ashley in the lead up to my wedding. She made me feel so safe and really listened to my goals to craft a bespoke training plan for me. It was easy to follow in my own time but I was always grateful for Ashley’s guidance when I met her again. I’ve been motivated to continue the strength program even after my wedding and really pleased with the results. Thank you Ashley!

Cannot recommend Ashley enough!

Cannot recommend Ashley more! She has been amazing as my PT. Her holistic approach has been exactly what I’ve needed after years of being nervous and unsure in the gym. She takes her expertise and knowledge to create a programme that’s focussed, achievable and enables you to reach your goals. She’s not afraid to push you to work hard to be your healthiest and best self!
