Saber showed up all sorts of messed up. The audio sounded like someone dropped it in the toilet and some of the hardware was messed up. Really disappointing considering it was a Christmas gift. But! Their customer service was really good. They sent me all the parts I needed to make it like new again. I would’ve preferred they just upgraded me for sending me a complete piece of junk, but hey. I got my parts. And now it works well and is in the condition it should’ve been when I first took it out of the box. So I guess I can’t complain.

Good shipping, so fast, 1 week it takes, I’m so happy with my saber, I love it.

My son purchased two lightsabers and was in communication with Nsabers, who were really helpful. Well packaged and great lightsabers. Highly recommend! 14 year old son very very happy!!

I was excited to give this product a try since it had a good promo. But now after about a month of having my Anakin saber, it is already having issues. Mainly the button that you need to use to turn on the saber no longer works so now I can no longer turn it on. Really is a shame that the quality of the product is very lackluster for how much you pay. Would not recommend to anyone.

Good service over the xmass period, great price point for the product ( the twins ) and very happy with the over look and feel of the product.

The sabers are just amazing! But I wanted to write the review to focus n the best customer service I’ve ever seen.

I made the purchase as a Christmas present and it had a buy one get one free deal. They were shipped separately, and unfortunately, one of the boxes had been opened for a customs inspection, resulting in a number of lost parts and damage. I reached out to them through their website and they responded within a couple of business days.

They not only replaced some of the pieces that had been lost, they sent me an entire support kit with all screws a battery charger and replacement blades. The communication from Jake was really outstanding. Bottom line you can trust this company with your money and have high expectations!

You will have to wait a little bit for the order, but when you get the Information for the shipment the lightsaber is at once in your hand and works well. The app couöd be better!

My boys love their neopixl sabers. One of them quit working after a week of getting it. I talked to customer service and they issued a new replacement with expedited shipping. Happy with my purchase and money well spent.

I'm so glad I made nsabers my first company to buy from for neopixels. The darksaber and it's free two saber bundle are my first actual neopixels so I can duel with my cousins and friends.

Nsabers make high quality sabers. I have bought multiple sabers for my son who absolutely loves them. The sabers are well made, sturdy and look accurate to the star wars characters. I would highly recommend any Star Wars fan to buy their sabers from here. Delivery was speedy even over the Christmas period. Also, customer service is on point.

Really professional finish and great sound. Just one advice: Go for the Neopixel version - its is worth the extra buck.
