I've purchased a majority of my Lightsaber collection from NSabers and have always found the company most efficient and quick to respond to your orders and questions. The Lightsabers are always of top quality and always as described and pictured. Shipping is very quick as well. Many other Lightsaber retailers could learn a lot from NSabers!

I bought Neopixel Luke Skywalker lightsaber from Episode VI, and it’s even better than I expected. The hilt feels solid and real, the blade is bright and vibrant, and you can tell a lot of care went into making it. Putting it together was actually really easy in the end, though I did struggle a bit with the instructions at first, which made the beginning a little confusing. Once it was ready, swinging it around felt amazing. The balance is perfect, and even trying a few moves from the movies made me feel like I was Luke skywalker, even if I wasn’t doing them perfectly haha.

The sound is incredible. Every swing and clash feels real, and messing with the customization options from blade color to sound effects makes it feel completely yours. The gesture controls are really fun to use, the usb charging is super convenient, and the battery lasts a long time. On top of that, it’s affordable and came with free shipping, which makes it feel like such a good deal for something this high quality.

If I had to give one small suggestion, it would be to add something to help first-time users get started. Even with the instructions, I struggled a bit figuring out the blade orientation, polarity, and twist to ignite gesture. I think a small card with a qr code linking to a quick 60 second video showing how to charge, assemble, ignite, and do your first swing would be amazing.

Overall, the quality is amazing for its price. I wasn’t expecting it to feel this solid and perform this well, especially with all the customization and sound effects.

These lightsaber look very cool but a little too expensive and way too much money but they look really cool

The prices are affordable, the blades are durable and have all the colours you could ever need for cosplays. Ive had fun dueling my brother with these and all i have to say is theyre just perfect! Would buy again

I recently bought a product from Nsabers, and I’m happy with my experience. The item arrived on time and was packaged well. The quality feels solid, and it works just as described. I also liked that the instructions were easy to understand, so I could start using it right away.
What stood out the most was the customer service. When I had a small question, they replied quickly and were very helpful. It made me feel confident that the company cares about its customers.

Ordered a lightsaber of Nsabers.com and was exited for it, I was told that shipping was going to take 7-20 days, it’s been 20 days and the lightsaber hasn’t even started to ship from Hong Kong. WHERE IS MY LIGHTSABER

The lightsaber crystal does not light up and the send the wrong screw size to hold in the blade so I can only put in 2 out of the 3 screws. When I contacted support all they wanted me to do was take the lightsaber apart and put it back together. emailed them a few times and never got any help. On top of that it takes like 5 different screw sizes so it was hard to do and some of them are very very small and the video they sent did not help much. support is useless on this site never buy from them.

ordered a saber as a present for a child.

order ws quoted to be delivered within 7-10 days i only got the dispatch notification on day 10

by day 15 I had a notice that it was now with a local logistics company to deliver. this was Evri. Evri declared the parcel lost within their network and advised to contact NSaber for a replacement or refund, as there had been no update on the location of the parcel since the 13th of November.

NSabers had me sign a form stating that I was acknowledging their right to investigate the claim against the missing parcel and if i was lying, Iaccepted them contacting the police. Of course, I was happy to sign this, as I had proof the item hasn't been received as the tracking information from Evri clearly shows the parcel has not been delivered or even been marked as 'out for delivery'

NSabers then look to a week to investigate, as they seemed to be waiting for me to send them the tracking number, which they had sent me and already had on file.

This resulted in them informing me that they could see from the tracking the parcel had arrived with my local logistics company and I needed to collect it from them. despite them being in contact with the same logistics company and knowing that it has been nearly 2 months since the order was placed.

NSabers are refusing to send a replacement or issue a refund. I would advise anyone to avoid this company at all costs, it definitely feels like a scam, and I will be having the credit card company forcibly return the full funds.
