Aryza/NTI are brilliant. The way that that study package is presented is really lively and the study techniques they teach really make a difference. Most of all though the training staff are so knowledgeable, helpful and approachable - they are always there to help. Highly recommended.

Good course structure and helpful tutors - felt confident in sitting the exam on the date.

I will not be using NTI (Aryza) again.

The quality of the course materials is extremely poor. The main textbook is incoherently structured, has numerous spelling mistakes and factual errors, and does not resemble a professional study resource.

Examples from the SSP:
- The answer to the question at the bottom of p. 447 is incorrect (confirmed by my mentor).
- On p. 473, "estate" is misspelled.
- On p. 516, "choices" is misspelled.
- On p. 549, it reads: "The personal representatives of the late debtor can present a for an insolvency administration petition." A word is missing entirely.
- The bottom of p. 611 is cut off, with only the top half of the text visible.

Examples from the Pass Inspiration Manual:
- On p. 152, SIP 15 is incorrectly referred to as SIP 13.
- On p. 156, it reads: "Extent of administrators pre appointment insolvent…". This should say "involvement".

Hard copies of these manuals cost £375. They should not have errors.

One of the in-person seminars was cancelled at 8am on the day of. I had already arrived at the venue by the time the cancellation was communicated.

There was also a known issue with downloading webcasts. This was not communicated in advance. I was only informed after raising a complaint. The issue was eventually resolved.

Andy and Vijay's seminars were very informative and enjoyable.

I had a great experience with NTI twice . Andy and Jamie are knowledgeable, engaging, and genuinely care about helping students succeed. The courses are well-structured and provide valuable skills for an IP to be. I highly recommend NTI for anyone looking to progress in the insolvency sector.

Excellent training providers. If you have an insolvency exam then NTI are the go to providers. I used BPP for my accountancy exams and the experience isn't even close, NTI is much much better. Thanks to the whole NTI team!!

The team are down to earth, very professional and approachable with a wealth of practical experience. The course is presented in an interesting and engaging way.

A fantastic holistic learning experience. My circumstances required me to do an English Law insolvency course remotely given my location from South Africa. The course was well set out and easy to follow, which meant that my self-studying journey was able to be done at my own pace and where I was able to embed the knowledge I had learned across the various key focus areas.

The tutors were helpful throughout and answered questions quickly and concisely. I was able to the pass the CII assessment first time and am grateful for having used NTI as my tutor of choice.

I have used NTI for both my CPI and Corporate JIEB studies, passing the CPI first time and my Corporate JIEB at the second time of asking. I used the distance learning plus course for both, which in my opinion provides over and above what I would call ‘distance learning’ due the excellent catalogue of webcasts and materials NTI provide. The ability to also add additional courses, such as the legendary ‘passing the exam’ course, for only small additional cost, I believe is great for overall study flexibility for what is balanced against an already busy career choice!

After I was unsuccessful in my first Corporate JIEB attempt, Neil himself was very supportive, helped me through an already difficult time but then offered me his lifetime pass guarantee, including attending some face to face courses, without charge, what other company would ever provide such amazing service to its students?

All the tutors are amazing at what they do and of course, Neil himself is a legend.

I would 100% always recommend NTI for all insolvency study options, without hesitation. You won’t regret your choice, believe me.

I studied with NTI for the JIEB personal paper. I commenced my studies in 2022, availing of the full study support program.

I’m not going to lie, at the start of the program, the sheer amount of elements to study was daunting. However, NTI provide full study material, broken down into easy to manage chunks and a full week by week guide so you can plan your study time much easier.

You have access to all their tutors who check in regularly and are available to help with any additional assistance you may need with any areas you may be struggling with.

With the full study support program, you have face-to-face days covering specific areas of the syllabus which were invaluable in helping my understanding.

A month before the exam, there is a 4 day “passing the exam” session which helps prepare you for the exam, with a full mock in a real exam setting at the end of the week. This part was extremely useful in knowing what it was like to sit the exam, know where you’re sitting mark wise, and what you can improve on for the real event in November.

I failed my first attempt in 2022. I was annoyed but knowing how difficult JIEB is to pass first time, I knew I had to give it another attempt.

What is special about NTI is their “life time pass guarantee”. For anyone that avails of their full study program and fails the exam, is able to access fresh material in the next year, and attend the 4 day “passing the exam” course in the following year or whenever you decide to jump back in to study again at no additional cost.

I took a few months off and then contacted NTI in the summer of 2023 as I wanted to give it another go.

I had a zoom call with Andy and we discussed a study program on where i went wrong, what I could improve on and talked about a week by week guide on what I should be doing in the months up to the exam.

I re-attended the passing the exam course and did more mocks.

Luckily 2nd time round I passed! I can’t thank Andy and everyone at NTI enough for all the support they’ve given me over the last 2 years.

I highly recommend NTI to anyone who wants to commence their JIEB journey.

Would confidently recommend NTI to anyone considering taking their JIEB exams. Neil and the team are fantastic. Always available if you have any questions. Face to face lectures are focused and engaging. The study manuals are unique and use different techniques to help the brain retain the information. I wasn’t able to pass both exams on my first attempt but made use of the lifetime guarantee and with Neil and Andy’s encouragement I made it over the line.

I studied for the JIEB exams with NTI. I felt it was a brilliant experience with hands on practical advice about passing this difficult exam. I was assigned a learning mentor at the beginning of my studies and it was great to be able to submit work to them as well as ask for their feedback and advice.

There were a number of ‘in person’ days that contributed hugely to the pass I achieved.

I studied with NTI for my Certificate in Insolvency (CII) exam. The learning materials (webcasts, pdf documents and multiple choice practice questions on the NTI app) were tailored to help me learn what was required to pass the exam (and practice my exam technique) but through the NTI learning process itself, I feel that I've really developed my technical insolvency knowledge which is just as important too. Queries I raised on mock exam answers late on the Friday evening before my exam were responded to that evening and additional workings were provided - with just a few days to go before my exam I really appreciated the NTI team's dedication to help. Thanks again NTI.

Please read this if you want an initial insight to NTI

Most readings/discussion would lead you to understand the daunting prospect of JIEB, compounded with a year of hell away from all you love, possibly to end up a broken version of yourself, no pass grade and indefinite psychological scarring. Well…. Not here. The support provided is so encouraging for all levels and learning types that it is enjoyable. This is not a review to lead anyone into false senses of security regarding effort required, it’s to confirm that no pleasure is taken by maintaining the illusions as above and that studying here is about keeping all positive and encouraging learning. Guess what, you might not get it immediately, that just means another way is to be adopted. It’s ok for it to be hard, it’s ok to be sick and take holidays. The groups are geared so that you don’t feel left behind (like with other outfits), you benefit from a blended learning experience. Again, being match ready is the eventual must, but, there are many ways to get there and with everyone’s personal circumstances being just that, the path you take is the path you take. You will 100% never be alone on your path. Path relates to study time and type around very complex lives, not self teaching. The structure of the program is immense!!

Pass or fail this exam. My personal outlook is a year to look forward to.

Hope the above makes sense, not studied for a while and wanted to share my relief following my initial anxieties.

Neil and the team are extremely committed and it does feel like a bespoke personalised service they provide, I feel like they go above and beyond and are genuinely invested each individual student. The tools and techniques they use are effective and I would choose NTI again for any training requirements.

Loved studying with NTI. No question was a silly question - you really feel like you can ask anything in a workshop or lecture, and you will receive a useful, exam specific answer. The Student App is excellent, I couldn't have got through all of the materials if it wasn't for the App. You can study at a time that's suitable for you, and there is a webcast on every part of the syllabus. The webcast archive - covering recorded lessons from previous years, really was helpful if you needed to study intensely any specific part, for example, Partnerships, or Trading. It gave you more subject matter than you would ever need. The style of learning is excellent, and the Tutors are all very down-to-earth. They will teach you the quickest and most efficient way to learn and recall information.

THE NTI APP IS BRILLIANT - I am now using it for CPD TAP.

My experience with NTI has been fantastic to date.
Neil and his team are technically strong, but more than that, they are all willing to go and above to provide what is needed for each student on an individual basis. It seems that NTI’s sole focus is to enable each student to get as much out of each lecture / webinar/ call as possible.
NTI’s lecturers are engaging, keeping students’ attention throughout the day.
They make the technical learning fun and give real world examples.
In short, every request I have made of Neil and his team has been met with a “yes”. I could not have asked for more.

The training days I attended were enjoyable and extremely helpful. If you are thinking of just learning/revising solely out of the book, the face-to-face courses expand so much more on this and really help to widen thoughts on pragmatic thinking. Grateful to Neil, Vijay and all at NTI.

I have been using NTI's CPD Tap for a few years now and find it invaluable. It keeps you up to date, is easy to digest and in my opinion essential for all insolvency professionals. Given how over-priced things tend to be in this sector, NTI's CPD Tap is an absolute bargain! If you are not utilising it, you need to ask yourself why. Highly recommend - 10/10.
