Really easy to work with and great at answering any questions i had along the way. Nice to get a phone call to let me know i passed my exams as well, lot more personnel that way.

I had a very poor experience. Apart from the completely amature coursework and the childlike audio version, this company did not provide the support I would have expected after shelling out close to a thousands pounds. When it came to exam day, the system failed despite the fact I had successfully done the systems check. I wasn't able to complete the exams and they blamed the exam company instead. They have refused to refund the examination fees leaving me out of pocket.

Their aftercare was a complete joke as well. Blamed the exam company and are hiding behind their Terms and Conditions.

Very simple and well structured online course. Follow the steps and you will do well. Customer service is also very fast if you have any questions.

I have completed my Transport Manager CPC training with NTP CILT School and honestly, it has been an excellent experience from start to finish. The tutors are not only highly knowledgeable but also genuinely supportive and approachable. They explain the material clearly, give practical real-world examples, and make sure you feel confident before the exam.

Ther was always somebody available if I had a question, the course is handled in an easy-to-digest way, and I was able to pass both of my exams on my first attempt.

NTP have been a fantastic training provider. When I signed up I was immediately offered support and guidance. I do have a learning disability Dyscalculia, I found the math and formulas difficult however the varied ways of learning the course contents, learner support and groups were a huge help to achieving the pass. At no point was I unsupported or left without an avenue should I get stuck. Response to emails, phone calls and online messages were extremely fast. I couldn't have asked for better. If you are able to learn remotely the NTP is the provider I would highly recommend.

I completed my CILT(UK) Level 3 Certificate of Professional Competence for Transport Managers (Road Haulage) with NTP Online Learning Ltd, and I am extremely happy with the quality of training I received.

From the start, the course was very well structured and easy to navigate. The online materials were clear, up to date, and gave me the confidence to tackle each part of the syllabus.
