My review is very mixed
My review is very mixed. I'll start with positives. The course included most of what I needed to pass. One tutor Mark is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. NTP agreed to send me a file with notes for free because of issues with their website (gaining access was blocked for a day). There's lots of exam practice and next day support when needed. Some negatives were that there were questions in the exam that were not covered on the course so lost marks because of this. The multiple choice tests that check answers to case study questions at the very end of the course are designed in a really bad way that it's counterproductive to learning and wastes so much time trying to get the right answers in a mass of very confusing apparently wrong answer. There are numerous errors in the study materials. Finally, the biggest downfall was two people who work at NTP: Kimbly Mackman and Kelly Moore. Kimbly was very rude and negative to me on the phone and told me "your chances of passing the course are slim". Kelly Moore is a tutor and when I booked a support session with her. She was very unfriendly, had to ask Mark for answers numerous times that she didn't know and refused to teach me any information, she just kept asking questions when I said I was confused and didn't know, then she said she's concerned about my level of knowledge. Basically didn't know how to teach and didn't know what she was trying to teach. Overall, I wouldn't recommend because of these two rude and unhelpful people. However, I did pass both exams first time despite these setbacks.

Upon reviewing the audio recordings of your phone conversations with Kimbly, we noted that you expressed a lack of confidence in the course and its instructors. Kimbly advised you that without trust in the course material and tutors, your chances of success could be hindered. We offered you a full refund during the early stages of your enrollment, but you declined and opted to continue with the course instead. As a gesture of goodwill, we provided you with free course notes, which you accepted.
We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the service you received from our training director, Kelly, during one of your tutor support meetings. We want to assure you that Kelly is highly experienced and qualified in both road haulage and passenger transport management. It's possible that personalities may clash at times, and it seems like this may have been the case. We took note of your preference for Mark's style of tuition and made sure that he was available to assist you whenever needed.
Previously, we had a conversation with you regarding the errors you discovered in the course. We sent you an email with a comprehensive explanation and a rectification for one of the noted errors. Although we strive to maintain an error-free course, given its vastness, there may be occasional grammatical mistake. However, on the extremely rare occasion we are notified of an error, we always address and correct them within a few minutes of being notified.
Regarding exam questions that are not covered in the course, it is impossible for any provider, including NTP, to know the specific questions that will appear on formal examinations. However, we ensure that our course comprehensively covers the entire syllabus and includes various scenarios to optimise the probability of covering all relevant information.
I have requested our training team to reach out to you to discuss the feedback regarding the multiple choice / case study test grading system and gather your suggestions on how to enhance it.

Passed my transport manager course with NTP
I have completed my passenger transport managers course. Course notes give you all the information you need and tests at the end of each section help retain knowledge. Pre exam call with Mark was definitely a help in focusing on sections of case study paper. Help is only an email, call or message away. I found studying with NTP online good because I could fit it around my Mon-Fri job

Friendly helpful staff
Course was so well written and presented that I only needed to contact the team a couple of times to ask for help. Help was provided almost immediately when I did ask for it and everyone that I spoke to at NTP was friendly and helpful. Passed both parts of my PSV Transport Manager CPC first time.

Great way to learn!
Having just passed my TM CPC with NTP I thought that I would share my experience! The thought of attending a classroom course and learning everything in 10 days filled me with dread so when I found this online course that I could complete at my own pace I signed up straight away! Being able to log in and study anywhere was brilliant & having tutor support at the end of the phone/online chat was a great help!
Would highly recommend NTP to anyone looking to pass their TM CPC!

About halfway through the course, so far not that impressed. I passed my HGV TM CPC with a different provider, and everything I am reading in this course they taught me. Really is not worth the £325 being charged, and would not recommend it to anyone!
*Update*
Having now fully completed the course, the only part really worth doing is the auditing section. It's a real shame as the way the course is written is brilliant, and had so much potential to be more. It needs to be rethought out, and the price dropped for what content is there! As a newly qualified TM we already know the basics, give us the advanced material as promised!
I'm giving it a 2 star rating as can't do 2.5.

Transport Managers course HGV
The layout and format of the course is well planned. The mock test after each module is very helpful.
What I found most helpful was the video presentation on the Law module. Personally I’d like to see this rolled out to include all of the modules.

Great content & support all delivered by helpful, knowledgeable mentors.
I started the journey a few months ago with NTP in order to study the Transports Managers Level 3 CPC. I have found the content of this course very comprehensive and have never been disappointed. The text and videos are super useful packed with information but the audio makes it really easy to carry on learning especially on the move. The recent addition of a podcast along with the study aids has reignited my learning experience with a level of support second to none. Very happy student.

Transport Managers Refresher
I had Transport Managers Refresher one - to- one course over two days with Mark Hancock.
I found Mark to be very knowledgeable and informative.
The content of the course was helpful as there has been a number of changes to operator Licensing since I obtained my qualification in 2015.
I would highly recommend this company who were both accommodating and helpful.
