Overworked and bored employees

The employees here are overworked and bored. You can see their rudeness particularly the office staffs. They are rude to their drivers who they transact with. The office staffs seems to take out their frustrations to to other people. I hope the management sees their employees behavior towards each other. Also, proper workload distribution should be imposed so that their employees won't be burned out and would perform their jobs with a smile.
