If I could give negative stars I would. Incompetent and lied about a warranty is my experience. Do not give your items to these people. I will be following up with ombudsman.

Charged €60 to get the phone back with same issue. Went back the next day and told it may be a diffrent issue and that would be an extra €50. Left phone with them for nearly a week and told it works fine that its my sim. Staff had no response when told that it was a new sim and works perfectly in another device and refused to give money back

Great service went in to get a new battery fitted on my iPhone. When I took the phone home there was a black mark on my screen that wasn't there before I handed it but I rang them and they told me come in they immediately took responsibility and fitted a brand new screen for me I will be going back there a lot of phone shops in cork city would have denied there fault but nu10 stood over it FairPlay 👍

Called into NU10 at around 11.20 this morning after finding them in a Google search although the reviews were mixed. My son had smashed his Nintendo Switch and we were hoping to get it fixed. The problem was accessed and it was clearly explained what was needed to fix it and if they could do it.
We were also told a price. He told us to call back in half an hour. Switch as good as new and it was a fair price. Very professional, courteous and friendly service too. I would recommend NU10 to a friend.
