Vermutlich Ausreden
Als Weihnachstgeschenk bestellte ich einen Retro Gameboy. Anders als auf der Website beworben, wurde der Artikel mit leichter Verzögerung als Versendet gemeldet.
Eine Sendungsnummer lag vor, jedoch wurden die Daten nur elektronisch übermittelt, eine Sendung wurde nicht an DHL übergeben.
Nach Rückmeldung an den Support, wurde erklärt, dass die Sendung zurück an den Versender geschickt wurde. Dies konnte die Sendungsverfolgung nicht bestätigen. Des Weiteren sollte ich die richtige Adresse angeben, nur leider war in der Bestellbestätigung die richtige Adresse schon enthalten. Abgesehen, dass ich nicht proaktiv über Probleme mit der Sendung informiert wurde, konnte Nuana.de auch nicht Probleme mit der Sendung nachweisen.
Rückabwicklung über Paypal läuft.
