A scammer made me send money to her nubank account and nobody from nubank is replying to my emails!!!
Even being Ultraviolet and having several different credit cards with High limits (shared in Open Finance) - its been several years with a low limit that is not increased.
I had transfer $ money from one cajita to the other half of my money disappeared . No one is to answer my question the take you for a round around …! I can’t wait to go to Colombia and take out all of my money !! Worse bank not to be trusted do not put money ther it will disappear ….

I PAID THE DEBIT ON MY CARD, IN ADDITION TO WHAT I SHOULD, WHEN I ASKED FOR A REFUND, THROUGH THE SUPPORT, I WAS ANSWERED, THEY REFUNDED ME, (EVEN THOUGH WHAT I PAID WAS MORE THAN MY DEBIT). EVERYTHING WAS GOOD FOR ME, UNTIL, TWO MONTHS LATER, THEY STARTED THE CHARGES, AND IF THAT WAS NOT ENOUGH, THEY CONTINUED PAYING MY CARD BILLS WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION, EVEN THOUGH THE AUTOMATIC DEBIT WAS NOT ACTIVATED. THEY HAD ALREADY WITHDRAWN THE CARD'S LIMIT, THREE TIMES MORE THAN THE INITIAL DEBIT, AND WHICH WAS ALREADY RELEASED. THERE WAS NO USE IN RESPONDING TO DOZENS OF EMAILS, EACH DAY WITH A DIFFERENT SENDER, THEY WERE NO USE IN SENDING PROOF OF PAYMENT AND THERE WAS NO USE IN THE COUNTLESS CONVERSATIONS IN CHATS.
THEY ARE INCOMPETENT.
NOW I AM PAYING A LAWYER, TAKING ON MORE DEBT THAN THOSE THAT NUBANK GENERATED IN MY ACCOUNT.
This bank is the worse ever. I paid my credit card 10 days before the actual day and the still called me to mask about the payment. And later on, the attendant asked me to send the proof of the payment. But it was on her system. Omg never again
Customer service rating: 0. There’s is no an option to contact urgently in case of weird movements or to update your bank and contact info. They’re unable to provide high quality responses. Since Thursdays I’m trying to contact em thru email and chat with no answer.

so I made a payment about my facture in day five when I received my money and one day after they are still charging me 200 real, it doesn't make sense since yesterday I paid the full amount, so after I quit my debt I'll not using this bank anymore
This bank supports fraudulent chargebacks, would not trust this bank.
I really regret the time I decided to have a Nubank account in Brasil. straight I opened the account I purchased a course (12x) in which very soon I cancelled but the invoices kept coming for almost a year... Many dialogues with poor customer's services, the person across only follow processes and have no Scobey doo (member staffs don't know how to solve or explain mode operands of how to solve operations issues in which I feel you made me having a loss even not doing much for only having an account! Very disappointed and I would not recommend you to any of my friends or colleagues.
I like the idea of the bank, however, it is still quite limiting. The money transfer from abroad does take some time and is not that cheap. International debiting to a card is also missing, though MasterCard says that it should be enabled worldwide. No connection with WISE money transfer as well.
I enjoy the app and the support. I wish there were and English version of the app as well. Would be much easier to get into the investment options with them, as those are available.
