Found NuBrakes while pricing out some break work (rotors, pads, ABS sensor, and fluid). They were very fast with replying to my request for information and even provided quotes via text. Process was extremely easy and time saving while still remaining price competitive. Mechanic was friendly and knowledgeable when explaining the work. Would recommend and use them again.

Wow, what a convenience! Edgar was my technician. He was prompt and polite. He answered all of my questions, also. My service was completed so quickly, I almost thought it was too good to be true. Almost a week later, I’m still running smoothly and I hear none of the bad brake sounds I once heard.

The driver Randy who was absolutely amazing first checked and assessed my brake pads and rotors and he was not forceful at all he told me what I should do and recommended but let me choose he did it perfectly and explained everything in a timely fashion I don’t think I’ve ever had such a thorough and trusting experience before with my car

Simply amazing!! The moment I reached out, the customer service was on top of it! The rep. really gave me a walkthrough of what may be wrong and great estimates. They aren't like other companies where they try to spike up the prices just because of gender. My technician was very polite, punctual, and really gave me insight of everything he did. Jeremy was my service guy and was awesome. He gave me honest feedback about my brakes and rotors, definitely wasnt just trying to up-sell me like some other places. There was a technical error with their scheduling system so they had to reschedule my appointment, but Matt did what he could to make up for it! Technician came out as early as possible and was very friendly and got the job done quick. Would definitely recommend to others, cheaper than other options and convenient to have them come to your home!

Superior service. I kept having scheduling problems due to issues I was having getting a new lug key from a tire place that forgot to return mine when they rotated the tires. At NuBrakes they were as flexible, understanding and patient as I needed to get it done. And the brake tech and price were both spot on. I will be using NuBrakes for all my vehicles moving forward.
