Some things were good, others not so much.

Let's analyse this in order, with the good and the bad at each stage.

+ It was easy to order from the website. My package arrived quickly and everything was in good condition.
- You need to buy £30 worth of products to get free shipping. Otherwise it's £4. Given that a shampoo bar costs about £8, paying 50% of the product cost for shipping is ridiculous, so you have to buy a lot of stuff at the same time. A £15 limit would be much more reasonable given the price point of the majority of the items sold on the site.
- I had ordered 2 drawstring bags for my shampoo and soap bars - one peach, one white. I received 2 peach instead.

+ It was easy to find the contact form and submit a request to customer service to get their error with my drawstring bags fixed.
- Big minus - I submitted this request days ago and there is still no reply from the Nuddy customer service. That is a major disappointment.
- I didn't subscribe to receive their marketing communications, yet they have been spamming me with promotional emails. I would have preferred to hear back from their customer service rather than getting so many communications from their marketing team.

+ The shampoo bars are easy to use, lather well and leave the hair looking reasonably good. I haven't used them long enough to know if the thickening bar really thickens hair, so I won't comment on that. I am not entirely convinced that it will work without conditioner for me.
- The smell of the bars is a little bit artificial to me.
- It would have been great to be able to pick your own combination of benefit vs smell (i.e. be able to get the thickening shampoo with the peach scent). I am saying this because I personally really don't like cosmetics with dessert scents, and at the same time, my hair type requires a thickening bar.

+ The soap bar is nice to use. Not sure yet how it will affect my skin on the long term but so far, so good.

+ The drawstring bags are decent quality.
- Not sure about the choice of having them be solid fabric rather than something a bit more permeable. The soap and shampoo get absorbed into the fabric every time so they'll need to be cleaned very often not to get grimy.

+ The razor is easy to use, cute looking and I like the weight and the fact that it's environment-friendly.
- I would have liked additional colour choices, it's so much nicer when pink isn't your only option as a woman.
- I'm not entirely convinced that it does a better job than my previous main-brand razor; that said, overall I enjoy using it and it gets the job done.

Overall, the most important thing for me is the results of the bars on my hair and skin, so if that turns out well, I might buy from them again. The lack of responsiveness from customer service is definitely a concern.

I've always had fine hair but I used to have lots and lots of it, to the point, I used to have to get it thinned out. About a year ago, I noticed my hair thinning quite a lot, I went to the doctors and was diagnosed with mild lichen planopilaris, (scarring alopecia), I was really upset and felt quite self conscious as my mass of hair was suddenly very very thin, I tried lots of different shampoos to help it thicken up and whilst most looked great, the day I washed my hair, the next day my hair would look really flat and limp again. I decided to try the Nuddy thickening shampoo to see if that would help and to be honest, I wasn't expecting a lot, as I've not had the best experiences with solid shampoos and I've always used conditioner as my hair tangles really bad. I actually love it, it's awesome, my hair looks a lot thicker, not quite as thick as it used too but not far off, I really don't need conditioner at all and it smells great. I've even recommended it to friends and family and bought some for my daughter. Whilst lichen planopilaris can't be cured and I have to battle it constantly with steroids etc, this has certainly improved the look of my hair and in turn my self confidence whilst I battle it, thank you Nuddy 🙂

Delivery was very quick. I have used the thickening shampoo bar and it smells lush. It’s all I can smell when I walk in the bathroom. Hair is so soft as well ❤️

I like Nuddy soap bars because they are plastic free, 97% natural and free from nasties, hold together really well right to the end and smell yummy. I’d love them even more if they were 100% natural, especially natural scents, and if I could buy them locally, improving my carbon footprint 😊 Also, please can you change your website so I can more easily choose my own scents for the bundles and get the scents I really want and love? Thank you 🙂

Peach shampoo bar has an amazing smell. Feels like a proper deep clean. On first use my hair did feel strange at rinsing stage without conditioner however once brushed & dried I was very happy with the results.

Lovely shampoo bar, I've been using it for years, it doesn't disappoint. I've also ordered a coconut soap bar last time, and it's divine. 100% recommend the products

Absolutely love my Nuddy shampoo thickening bar. Smells lovely, lathers really well and I don't need a separate conditioner. Visited hairdresser today for the first time since using Nuddy and her first words were 'Your hair is thicker and you've got new hair growth' which is a miracle as at nearly 54 my hair was very fine and thinning. Can't rate highly enough.

Nuddy shampoo bars are the best ones on the market. For the last 3 years I have used shampoo bars and would never return to bottles again. I love the lightweight feel of my hair with no knots after a wash. With Nuddy bars you get a great lather, lovely smells and gorgeous soft hair. I have tried other makes, but nothing beats the Nuddy bars.

The shampoo bars are lovely. They produce a creamy lather, and my hair smells really nice afterwards. Excellent 😊

Lovely bars of shampoo and soap. They don't smell as strongly as I expected from the reviews, or lather quite as much, but they do a good job. Nicely packaged and made, and so much better in my bathroom than a load of plastic bottles. The shampoo leaves my hair lovely and soft.

Love the shampoo 'chocolate' bar and lathers up well. I did need to use a little conditioner on my hair afterwards however.

I love the shampoo soap bar as do my kids! This one leaves no residue or stickiness, my hair feels lovely and smells nice! And best all no plastic bottles!

Amazing products, all of which smell amazing and are super kind to your skin. The shampoo bars lather up immediately and leave my hair feeling so silky and soft. I love that I've found such effective products that are also completely vegan-friendly and plastic-free.

Nuddy is my absolute favourite brand. Their skincare collection quickly became my favourite because they smell incredible and leaves my skin extremely soft and moisturised. Would definitely recommend them 🙌🏻

I love this brand so much! I am converted to using their shampoo bars - I’ve tried lots of other brands and this is by far the best. I love their soap bars as they last really long and smell gorgeous. My favourite product of theirs is the Whipped Up body butter because it is such great quality and feels really luxurious and I can’t get enough of the smell!

I bought all 3 bar shampoos and they arrived really quickly. They are all the same shape and colour (white) which means if you have more than one you have to store it in its cardboard box to know which one is which. Shame they aren't the same colour as their box either as a solid colour or a swirl. They smell nice. I haven't used one yet.

First time with these shampoo bars, LOVE them. So gentle yet a thorough clean without dryness at all.

Smells beautiful and foams up really nicely, I have thick wavy hair so I personally need a conditioner as well.
