Terrible fraud business. They advertise high quality garments, but send you items that are essentially swen together by someone with no experience, using discarded fabric. Terrible. You can probably find better quality materials at the dollar store. Will not give you shipping address to process refund. I have requested a chargeback from my credit card company. Total scam.

Shame on Google Shopping for advertising this scam website. They are a fraudulent company that won't let you return your items. And their customer service phone number is fake.

Cami set advertised was nothing like what I received. Their offer was 10% back.
This set wasn't worth $10 and I spent $65

Do not buy from Nude & Nero. I purchased their V-Neck Silk Cami Pajama Set for $64.95 based on product photos showing a structured, opaque satin set. What arrived was sheer, cheap fabric that is already falling apart when I opened the package — nothing close to what was advertised.

When I contacted customer service, they were largely unresponsive. Their best offer was a 10% refund, then 20% — on a product that is unwearable and misrepresented. I also noticed they removed the product listing entirely after I raised the issue, which tells you everything you need to know.

I have photos of both the product listing and what I received. I am filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. Save your money and go literally anywhere else.

No stars! This is a complete scam they sent me polyester scratchy pajamas claiming they were real silk. It took over a month to arrive from china, they won’t return them or reimburse me. The sizing was also wildly off not at all the sizing on the website. They also did not ship an entire set of my order and will not reimburse for that. Do not buy from them!!

Sent POLYESTER pajamas when they were advertised as Silk. No silk at all in the material composition.

This this company is a total scam first they have fraudulent reviews from press private posted on their website second, they advertise Good, which are not the same as the actual girls that they sell or send to customers. They claim to have a robust returns and refunds process, which is not accurate. Ultimately these are counterfeit goods that are made of poorly crafted polyester and that they are peddling as if they are made of actual silk. Buyers beware do not use this company. It is a fraudulent website run out of China.
