The W2 Ivory foundation they sell via their website is an entirely different colour to what is advertised. They then won’t accept returns as you have to open a box to see it’s a different colour inside!
It took them 13 days to reply to my email about the above and I then found customer service and the manager Victoria extremely unhelpful and rude.
Like the other buyer/reviewer states, do not buy from this company.
I brought an eyeliner from here. I used it once it was fine. I used it 2/3 it literally would start stinging my eyelid. I messaged customer service about this. Their response was appalling. All they said was we will offer a 15% off for next purchase. Its shocking how they were untethered about how my eyes were stinging. They offered no reassurance whatsoever. This is despicable, I'm not buying from here again. All evidence are within my emails I have sent to them. Customer service is extremely poor
