I didn't actually use their website, a random charge showed up on my card and when I reported all I was told was; phishing and spyware hacking to get card #'s.

I ordered a ladder from them without having gone through more thorough due diligence that is easy. I did check for reviews and they were ok. A week later, I had not receive any shipping info, so I tried to contact them. Their email address bounced back as non-existent and their phone number allowed for messages. No one called back. I looked up the physical address and google showed a restaurant at that location. I notified my bank, even though there were no unauthorized charges. I'm going to have to check my bank's website everyday.
