Wish I had read reviews before buying from Nueby.
BEWARE - their 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee is NOT HONORED.
They shipped us a product that fell apart the 1st time - so I received a replacement. The 2nd product also fell apart within a week, so basically its complete junk.
Now trying to get them to honor their own policies - but all my emails & calls have been ignored.
Claiming they offer 30-day satisfaction or your money back is FRAUD since they don't honor it.

Company is a complete ripoff,sells cheap China junk,
will not answer customer service number.Worst companyout there

A scam set up to take you money and deliver nothing. Goods don't arrive. Bogus courier companies have no proof of delivery. Countless emails get the same platitudes and lies about refunds that never get processed. They are Chinese criminals. Stay away from them.

This company is a dishonest and sells junk. There is zero customer service and they just ignore you if you have a question. Buy American, not Chinese!

SCAMMERS ROBBERS THIEVES CHINESE NO PLEASE

I purchased the ear scoop and it within 12 hours requested a return slip as it doesn’t work
As their video showed, they don’t want to refund me So, I am disputing with my credit card company.
Junk products that are over priced! The company shows located in Denver but everything came from China and was written in Chinese.

I bought from them last month. I than realized I would not get it I time for my son's birthday. I called with in 5 minutes to cancel it. NO the order is being processed and it's to late to cancel. When you receive it send it back and we will refund 100 percent. I mailed it back the day I reviewed it and they say they never received it. I am an honest person and am not going to cry over $27 . They are dishonest and I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND BUYING FROM DISHONEST SCAMMERS.

I bought some fishing gear from this company nuebuys they said it had been delivered to my address so I checked my security cameras nothing had been delivered the date and time they said the next thing they come up with is its been delivered to my neighbour next door which is another load of rubbish because my house is on its own now they say it takes 7 working days to process a refund ive been Waiting since April 2023

I purchased a cup holder that looked like a great one. Opened up and held a phone. Was not. It fell out of the hole when you put anything in it. Tried to get a refund. It was a gift so my sister told me the next time she saw me. It was within 30 days they said but not within 7 days. What BS is this. They sell worthless products and stiff you with a shady return policy. BEWARE DO NOT BUY from them.

These people stole my money on 4/3/23/ $19.10 and $0.57 was paid to them by my bank for merchandise I ordered. Their carrier informed me the item was delivered on 4/6/23/ I never received anything from nueby and they have no record of my order.

On March 20th I ordered the fishing bib and jacket set and had the run around when it came to tracking it I emailed the company asking for help I was very polite and they blocked my emails it's now may 16th and they had the gaul to email me asking me to complete payment even after they said it had been delivered so I checked my cctv of the time and date they say it was delivered and nothing noone came to my door so they are blaming my neighbours I told them I can prove it never came to my door but they can't prove it did this company is not to be trusted plz do your homework before a purchase online if I had seen these reviews and all the complaints I would of never spent money with them

I googled for the reviews of Nueby before purchasing.
Stated by Nueby: "Free delivery · ‎30-day returns".
I was measured by a friend to ensure the measurment but when I received the windbreaker it was too small.

I wrote Nueby asking if I should return it to the Shipping Dept and received the response, "You didn't notify us within 7 days as stated in the Terms & Conditions".

'Course the negative BBB notice, and low Trust Score in the results should have warned me.

Be prepared to be disappointed and lose your money.

The item that I purchased was $20 more than on Amazon. Tried to cancel, but they wouldn’t let me. Came by mail box completely crushed. There was no outer box. I wasted my money on a piece of junk. Stay away from this company. Customer Service doesn’t call you back. And it takes days to get a response via email. By then it’s too late to cancel any order. And that’s what they Rely on.

This product shipped from China I finally got it 14 days after I ordered it

I am in Los Angeles. I did not know, but this company is based in China. My order arrived broken. After being ignored by customer service and then given a complete runaround (they wanted a video of me proving the item was broken, sent me the manual, claim they "test" every item so it must be user error, etc), Nueby gave me a return authorization but refused to provide a shipping label or pay for return shipping on the defective item. I don't trust this company enough to spend my own money to ship the item back to China and then hope they issue a refund. If you have any problems with your order, may God help you.
