I received my products within a week (in Australia). I had regular tracking updates from the seller and postage company. I was apprehensive going into the purchase as to whether or not this seller was genuine, so I chose to checkout through PayPal with Shopify. The quality was what I expected - mass produced and slightly cheaper quality than advertised. From what I can tell, claw clips are mass produced in China, so any sellers marketing themselves as independent artists are just sourcing from there, even on sites like Etsy. With this in mind, this brand was on the cheaper end of the spectrum so it felt more reasonable to buy here knowing I was getting a mass produced product. Also, if you’re able to get the clips on a deal (I bought 3, got 2 free and free postage), it feels more reasonable.

Received broken clips. Sent an email asking for replacement or refund. They only offered return at my expense. And they suggested I glue the clips back together.

I love my claw clips from NueShiny! I bought a bundle so I got several for a discount and found freebies when I opened my package! My favorite has to be the goldfish in a bag claw clip, followed closely by the metal fishbone claw. I wish the claws were just slightly bigger to hold more hair and a better grip on the hair, but really, overall, these are great clips!

My original experience was very bad with poor shipping and missing items however, Nueshiny has gone above and beyond to make up for this negative experience

Ordered a bunch of hair claws and they all look amazing.

It's practically an outright scam. They have a horrible cancellation/return policy, and when they never send you items, they only refund your party after huge pains working with them. Never received the items and only received a partial refund.

I ordered about 2 months ago for a Christmas present and still have no shipping information and Christmas is tomorrow. I’m going to contact my bank for a refund.

Support doesn’t answer. Goods arrived broken. Basically scammed me out of money and I spent over $100 there on xmas presents.

They claim shipping to Europe takes 5-7 days.
It´s day 10 and i have no information what so ever. Is is packed? Is it shipped? Is it coming at all?

No answers to Mails or the built in Chat.

After 3 weeks from order and payment, still no preparation, no tracking availability, noone at customer care answering to all emails, or Instagram, or chat on the website.....

Absolutely LOVE their marine animal claw clip collection, a little overpriced but you really do get good quality pieces so I don’t mind it. I’m upset bc they stopped shipping to my home, in Hawaii. I placed an order a few months ago (to HI) and it shipped just fine. Just tried to place an order again, because I love these clips, and they no longer ship to Hawaii. I understand that some companies cannot ship here, or certain shipping deals and offers don’t apply, which is completely fine. Personally, if you are going to ship there initially, you shouldn’t be changing it, and you’re loosing paying customers like me, who love your products so much that its not just a one time purchase. From now on I’ll be buying the knock offs from SHEIN.

Arrived in 11 days to belgium, was what i expected the ones for long thick hair actually fit and stay in their position in the toucan one i can spin my hair like 2/3 times and it stays put. The orca one only once the full thickness but thats also how it should be worn. Also got 2 free ones in the package after ordering 4.

Looks like a real company. My items arrived today. Some are a little smaller than I hoped, the website isn’t great for offering scale but they feel good quality and all but one feel strong. They come from china so postage took 2 weeks to the uk. I’m happy and would order again.
