This company is a SCAM and will fraudulently charge your CC

I set up with Neugenics about 3 years ago and worked out a good schedule for auto order every 2 months using my credit card since I only take two instead of three caps a day. They also offered me the product at a discount of $54 a bottle. For a good three years everything was fine until they sent me a free trial offer on another Neugenics product. The offer required I only pay the $5 S&H with no hassles to make additional purchases. I completed the offer using paypal since this was (suppose to be) a one time order and after receiving the product I received additional bottles of Neugenics Total T every 3 weeks at $82.35 a bottle. I looked into the charges on my paypal account that indicated the charges were made by Adaptivehealth. This was totally confusing to me and over the next couple months I tried to contact them several times with negative results. When I finally did make contact after the holidays I wanted to know what was going on and to correct whatever went wrong and request a refund of the 4 bottles I was mailed and charged $82.35 for. The rep told me that I agreed to be charged $82.35 for a bottle every month when I accepted the free offer. I told the rep I never made that agreement and why would I when I was already getting a bottle every two months at $54? I requested a refund and instructions how to return the bottles I didn’t order and was told they would only accept the latest bottle shipped and not the others. I calmly told the rep again that I did not order the four bottles and definitely not at $82.35 when I was getting it $54 a bottle. This continued and going nowhere until I got mad and told him to cancel everything and not make any more charges to my CC or paypal account of which the rep complied and said it was all canceled.

Im not sure what all went wrong nor why Nuegenics wanted to get greedy and destroy the deal we agreed on by implementing the different schedule and increased pricing. Shame on you for doing this to a loyal customer of three years thats no way to do business. I have been busy getting this review out on as many sites as I can.

I was I could give zero stars

I was I could give zero stars. Garbage product and if you do a free sample they keep trying to charge your card $55 then $75 it's f#ckin insane. This company is a scam. Do not order shi#t from them and if you do make sure you immediately block them from charging your card because they will. Luckily my bank defected it as a fraud charge and that's saying something because my bank never detects anything as fraud. This company is a bunch of steroid heads on meth dumping crap in a bottle and scamming people charging their cards. I'm going to try to report them to the FBI as everyone should let's put them behind bars.

Don't buy directly from Nugenix

Don't buy directly from Nugenix! I decided to try a "FREE BOTTLE offer", just pay shipping. They sent me 3 bottles, one Total T and two bottles of a couple of their other products, which I didn't want. On the same day they charged me $6.35 for shipping and $31.79, for what I don't know. Then less than a month later they charged me $59.34, again with no explanation and I didn't receive any other products.
I tried callin their CS#, but after twice being over 20 minutes on hold I decided to send an email to CS. I received a response email to my email, which was the standard gobbledygook plug in response, with no explanation if the charges, or resolution of my complaint.
The one bottle that I did try for about a week gave me bad stomach pains. I then tried going two days off if the pill and my stomach pains went away. Then I tried the two days off and one day on routine s couple times, and again the same stomach pains each time I took them. I explained all of this about the stomach pains and requested an explanation of the charges, but they gave me the same copy and paste reply.
This company is crooked and unethical, as far as I'm concerned and doesn't give a rip about "Customer Service".
Free offer, is anything but free!

I ordered free trial and they did not…

I ordered free trial and they did not send product out to me for 3 weeks. When I received the product and tried I had a blood pressure spike 1st time using it. I immediately called and cancelled. Then same day I was billed 75.98 for the free trial. I called customer service to dispute and they said product can not be refunded after 18 days from the order being placed. Then when I tried to explain the situation the representative hung up on me.
I called back a second time and this time I had to wait several minutes for a representative to take my call unlike my first call. When the representative answered this time I explained how I was hung up on by a prior representative and did not appreciate it. The representative explained that it was him and he did not hang up that his system had shutdown. Then he explained this time how I can return the product for a refund. When I tried again to explain that their free trial advertisement was misleading because the customer is unable to even try the product before they are billed the representative hung up on me a second time .
In ny opinion this is clearly a business strategy to have people think they are getting free trial when they are not. Clearly false advertisement!
If someone uses the product and can not return they are forced to pay for the product because the trial period runs out the day that they receive the product and unless they do not use the product at all like myself they will not have an opportunity for a refund. I now will now have to go through the aggravation of returning the product by mail and wait to see if and when I am refunded. I warn anyone considering the free trial to beware of this scam that Nugenix is implementing.

You need to have a 0 on your star…

You need to have a 0 on your star scale: Nugenixs made our friends hair fall out in clumps, which were totally bald spots. When he immediately stopped taking the Nugenixs, his hair came back in clumps of white.
This sound either like Horse meds or vitamins, which made my hair fall out in clumps nearly 20 years ago from a Walmart shampoo, which was pulled from the shelves.
BE CAREFUL OF NUGENIXS (and find out of Doug Flutie really take it...since Frank is already bald.)
