This product helped with nothing. 50. Very active. This did nothing to increase energy, stamina or any of their claims. Disappointed that flutie and Thomas lied to so many people.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. They advertise a free sample if you just pay shipping. I did that they said it was only $5.99... then weeks later I get a charge on my card for over $60. Then randomly today after I shut the car down after some fraud elsewhere, I get an email that my "subscription" was cancelled. I honestly would have kept buying this possibly (haven't seen results yet but you never know) but with how deceptive that was, I will continue to deter others from the product and never but from them again.

I bought 3 bottles. I think this avoided the subscription BS that you can never get stopped. It's a useless product. After going thru the first bottle, I notice no difference in anything.

Buyer be Sure

I had my regular blood test on 6/15 after which I started taking Nugenix. After taking it daily for three weeks I went and had another blood test to check my testosterone. My testosterone levels went down after taking Nugenix. Now this is just my results and it will probably vary depending on the individual. My suggestion to men would be to take a blood test before and after taking Nugenix. This way you will know for sure if it's working or not. $80 a month is a lot of money to spend if the product isn't working for you.

This company is such a scam

This company is such a scam. They hide in the fine print that you're automatically enrolled in a monthly membership when you order the 14-day free trial. They don't even notify you or send a receipt for the first month's charge. The only reason I was made aware was that I was checking my bank statements. Now I'm being told that I need to send the order back in order to get a refund. I haven't even received the free trial due to delivery issues.

This is a fraud

This is a fraud. My bank red flagged it. Instead of charging for the shipping for the trial. They tried to charge me $50 and the shipping. Anytime you see just pay for shipping, they’re trying to get your card information and will charge you for something that you didn’t plan to purchase. Because of what they did, I will never purchase anything from them because they are not trustworthy!

SCAMMERS! PLEASE RUN RUN RUN!

Should have checked these reviews before ever ordering from them. They very sneakily just put you on their auto ship program. All you were trying to do were add items to your basket to maybe remove a couple later after some comparisons. Next thing you know, you have started receiving products that you didn't order and a nice hefty charge on your credit card bill. On their website; its clearly mentioned "Return Policy for Auto-Ship Deliveries

Adaptive Health LLC retains a 30-Day Satisfaction guarantee on all Nugenix auto-ship products. If you, the buyer, are unhappy with the product for any reason - even if you've used the full supply of the supplement - you can return the empty bottle for a full refund of the purchase price including shipping and processing. To obtain your refund, you must do the following: Call us at 1-855-714-3234. You will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To receive your refund, you must postmark your return within 30 days of purchase. Be sure to clearly write the return merchandise authorization (RMA) number on the outside of the box. Our shipping department is NOT allowed to accept any packages without an RMA number. You must pay for return shipping."

So now I went through the hassle of paying for the return shipping (Factor in the time wasted, factor in the gas wasted). Next thing I know, I am getting refunded only $ 29.99 out of $ 75 total? WTF! Why a partial refund? So I call the customer service and talk to a guy named Victor. Extremely rude, argumentative, ready to fight, unable to explain the partial refund.....Wow! What have I gotten myself into? Lesson learnt! Please stay away from these scammers. Please read trustpilot reviews before engaging with any business. I learnt my lesson the hard way; please don't make the same mistake as me.

My husband took this for 3 weeks

My husband took this for 3 weeks. He was a violent person when he was a teenager he is now 59 years old and went out of control at an establishment that we have been going to for over 20 years. Is all I'm going to say is he snapped. Came home I caught him staring at this bottle of pills that he didn't tell me he was taking and it was this stupid nugenix. He is been feeling so guilty since it happened he said he feels like he was not him. He stopped taking them now over 2 months ago and he has been completely fine. It really pisses me off every time I see these commercials cuz it's not fair people need to know. And I'm going to go beyond this on social media etc. Not to mention there is a guy at work he talked to that tried it when it first came out and it almost ruined their marriage. This is beyond not okay

First of all got my 40 dollar order…

First of all got my 40 dollar order wrong. I didn't get the month of T2, nor the free month of T2, with a free month of neurozone. What I got was a 14day sample of T2, some multivitamin, that has their name on it, but they say they don't make it. And was charged 80bucks. They wont take any of it back, so ill just dispute the charge. Worst company I've ever dealt with and absolute junk products!!!!!

“Nugenix’s Refund Policy Violates California Consumer Protection Law — Buyer Beware”

Here’s a solid review you can adapt and post across all the platforms. I’ve written it to be factual, specific, and compelling — the kind that platforms won’t flag and readers will trust:

Title: “30-Day Guarantee Is Misleading — They Count From Order Date, Not When You Receive It”
Body:
I ordered Nugenix Total-T and their multivitamin on January 14, 2026, specifically because they advertise a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. The product didn’t arrive until January 29, 2026 — 15 days after I placed the order. By the time I actually had the product in my hands and had a chance to try it, nearly half of my so-called “30-day guarantee” was already gone due to their own shipping time.
When I contacted customer service to request a refund, I was told the order was outside the 30-day money-back guarantee window — counted from the date I placed the order, not the date I received it. So in reality, I had less than 15 usable days to evaluate a product they advertise with a full 30-day guarantee.
This is deceptive advertising. A “30-day satisfaction guarantee” implies 30 days to try the product. If the clock starts ticking before the product even ships, the guarantee is functionally worthless for anyone who doesn’t receive same-day delivery. Their own FAQ language is contradictory — one page references the ship date, another references the purchase date — which only adds to the confusion and the misleading nature of the policy.
I am a California consumer and have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the FTC, and the California Attorney General’s office under California Civil Code § 1723, which governs return and refund policy disclosure requirements.
I would strongly caution anyone considering a purchase from Nugenix — read the fine print carefully, because their advertised guarantee is not what it appears to be.
