Their return information is completely false. They will not return your items saying that it is simply too costly to return it. I had no idea that I would need to return to China and that I would never have any normal human interaction regarding a purchase. I bought a dog carrier for almost $60 that took a very long time to arrive and is unreturnable.

I highly would never recommend this company. They are scams. Their products and description so deceiving. They refused to refund return items. Please never buy anything from this company.
Actually received my item after two weeks straight from China, ended up being horrible quality. Wanted to start a return and company refuses to honor their own policy. Offered me a $20 coupon to buy a new one… laughable. Now won’t respond to my emails whatsoever. After reading reviews on their website I believe they are mostly all fake. There are multiple repeated reviews. My fault for not reading them all and seeing the red flags.
