Good company but their communication has lot to be desired
Having ordered their product I received few emails from the company but the emails were more hinder than help.
All I needed to know was:
- Product location
- When is dispatched
- Who is it dispatched with and if there is a tracking number
They can certainly do with overhaul of their communication set pieces!
Going over the above hurdle Nuheara staff were friendly and very helpful and company acted honourably dealing with my issues.
