While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

They advertise one product and send…

They advertise one product and send something that is nothing like the photo or description. Description clearly states it is stitched name on the product. It is a nylon silkscreened backpack. Clearly NOTHING like what is shown or described. Company states there is nothing wrong with the product. Total spam

Final update. Slow shipping, Poor customer service. Average cloth, not leather.

Horrible. Never received and the usps never heard of it either even though their supposed track17 system says it was at my post office. Very scammy behavior with no one to solve problems. Update: heroic efforts by my local small town post office discovered the package in the system with an in correct address. Company has terrible customer service, period. But let's see what the actual product is like and I'll update again.
FINAL UPDATE: It arrived. It's cloth, not leather as their advertising implies. But it is very clever and useful as a sports keepsake container, not a true backpack. For the price I'd upgrade rating to a 3.

This is a scam site

This is a scam site, the advertised product is not at all like what we receive, they send a crappy plastic flat grainy picture that is not at all comparable to the picture we sent. Of course there are no refunds. Don't order from them.

This is a scam website

This is a scam website. I found it trough Facebook ads and the products seem a great idea for a gift. So i ordered a 3d sculpture for some friends, I send a photo of them and averything. The product arrived within 2 weeks, and when I opened the package I could not belive it, instead of a 3d sculpture(3d printed or whatever they advertise) I recieved a printed photo, made with Ai, that looked nothing like the reference I sent. Open contacting the suport theiy reply was "this is expected with AI" and refused to refund me. Let my loss of 50$ be of help to all.
