Buyer beware! Total rip off company!!

I ordered (Mt Everest Max) tadalafil/oxytocin tablets. i made mistake of doing auto refill! I canceled by personal email after taking product for several weeks! I am taking tablets to a lab to be tested because there is no way there is 20mg of tadalafil in them . These tablets look like a grain of sugar. They are half the size of a prescription 20 mg tadalafil! I canceled by email after taking for several weeks. Then low and behold several months later I have another 300.00 charge on card and an envelope full of worthless crap. Company claimed I didn’t cancel properly. Do not buy ANYTHING from this ripoff company!

Never even had a provider visit

Signed up for a visit for enclomiphene therapy. A week later, no medical provider had even reviewed my information. Every time I emailed customer support, I was responded to by "Gemma" who gave the excuse that they were changing to a new system, and that they would respond shortly. Again, I waited, nothing. I went with a different provider, Fyr Body, who was cheaper and responded within an hour. This is the worst excuse for a telehealth provider I've ever had the misfortune of interacting with.

Surmorelin, 5 month subscription

I began taking sermorelin in early June, I usually take it Sunday- Thursday. Thus far, the change I have noticed in muscle mass and also definition has been quite easily seen by myself and others! I have also started to see some resemblance of abs, and looking leaner in general. I am in my early 50's and have been lagging for a while. I have heard of the peptide sermorelin and started to research. Based off what I read and videos I watched, this seemed to be a good route. It puts you into a very nice deep sleep on the nights you take it. I have also included intermittent fasting as well, has been a great combo, I look so much better and feel just as good too! I have see negative responses about Nu Image charging them again and sending more of the product. If you sign up for something as a subscription, you need to make sure to cancel that subscription so that does not happen to you. Nu Image customer service helped me with that and they were always very responsive, so my experience was 100% positive. I will be starting on their TRT program next.

Ineffective

Signed for 3 months. Took the oral medication religiously. Absolutely nothing happened. No weight loss nothing. That was an expensive mistake on my part. Sent them messages via their web site..no response. Don't waste your $$$ here.

Be careful - suspicious practices

Be careful - if you place an order they will automatically renew your prescription and charge you for the full price. Usually this is far more expensive than the initial order since there is no promotional “sale” price. I noticed this charge go through on my card and they refused to cancel the order and refund me even though the order had not yet shipped.

The product doesn't work at all

The product doesn't work at all, money down the drain and on top of that they put you on auto refill and charge your card automatically - one of the worst experience ever. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Increased price with no recourse

They sent the first shipment to me, no problem. Then they sent the second shipment and jacked up the price an extra $251. They did not notify me ahead of time of any price increase, they just charged it and sent the receipt after. Refused to refund the difference, and refused to cancel the order. Predatory company, stay away.

Signed up or a membership but my doctor…

Signed up or a membership but my doctor wanted me to take a different medication.
i paid for a 3 month supply and had received the first month. I canceled my subscription but chose to have the remaining months sent to me. The third month was sent and I was charged for another 3 months of medication. They claimed that I did not cancel the auto ship despite having proof in my email exchanges. I made sure the autoship was cancelled today and deleted my payment method! Do not trust this company!

SAVE YOUR MONEY

This has been the worst experience. I might as well have taken $800 and flushed it down the toilet. The "medication" (semaglutide RTD) did not do a thing, communication was terrible, my doctor quit the program and no one told me until I had waited weeks for a reply, there was no support, zero meal plan or food suggestions as stated online. If I could rate this company zero stars, I would.

Dishonest middlemen crooks. Steer clear

I purchased 5 months worth of the peptide semorelni from Nu Image Medical since that was the most cost effective way to try that peptide. It was a one time order. It wasn't working and my doctor told me to stop taking it. I informed Nu Image. 5 months later, Nu Image texts me that they will be sending me another 5 bottles of semorelin peptide. I called then and said I didn't order it and I didn't use it and please don't ship it. They answered too bad that they were going to ship it and charge me for it anyway. I spoke to American Express and they immediately credited me back my money. Meanwhile Nu Image keeps sending Fedex back to my house to see if they can get somebody to sign for it. They are a bunch of middlemen dishonest crooks. Steer clear of them for your own good.

I should never have trusted this company

I ordered their Mt Everest product. Because of prior reviews, which complained about auto-refill issues, I was very, very careful to make it a one-time order, NO auto refill. Guess what happened? They turned my order into auto refill anyway. The product doesn't work well for me either, which is why I wanted a one-time order, to see if it would. Their customer service agents are courteous, but utterly unhelpful. Their slogan is "We're all family here", but this is not how you treat family.

Maybe it's my fault for not researching better. Turn's out Nu Image has a BBB rating of 'F'. And their medical director has been disciplined, fined, and/or reprimanded in 13 states and counting. Wow, that's an accomplishment. Just google "Dr. Constance Tambakis-Odom, reprimand" and all the State Medical Board reports will pop right up.

I can’t post my results yet, but in 2 days I see the benefits starting

I can’t post my results yet. However I did research the product and the combination of the meds in the WayTLess program are backed with research. Which is why I decided to take a chance and order this. I’m just getting started and I do see how this will be effective.
I see the appetite difference and it’s helping me to get focused on a healthy eating plan. That will lead to longer term success.

So far customer service has been responsive
Provider is a bit slow to respond but there hasn’t been anything super urgent for me.

Read the reviews first!

Really wish I’d checked these reviews before ordering. I had a bad reaction on what I had ordered - I’m not putting any fault on them but they billed me earlier for a second shipment than the stated monthly cycle without the text and email notifications that were selected for notifying me. Further, they charged me on a late Sunday night and when I called early the next morning I was told that it was not possible as the prescription had been filled - not true. Then I received an email from the “COO” stating that it was against their policies to refund. I read their full policies and while they can’t refund a shipped order for obvious reasons but what I had requested was within their own guidelines. If you’re looking for products only and are 100% okay with zero customer service or support then this may be a good solution; otherwise I’d stay away and read the other reviews

Secretly A Strict Diet

In their marketing they talk about how they allow for you to eat the widest varieties of foods which is absolutely not the case. Their "guarantee" relys on you following all of their protocols to the T and that includes a diet free of any carbs and fats. I figured I could loose weight by only eating chicken and veggies (plain with no oils) but my hope was to find something that would take away my cravings for bad foods and help me create better habits to eat the right ones.

The medication didn't help with cravings instead it just made my bowels very gassy and unpleasant. When I tried to consult with their online doctors, I got "well this diet isn't for everyone." I was hoping for some kind of, "we'll let's try this..."

The other secret they have is that they auto-charge and auto-fill your prescription. We had an unexpected charge of $800 from them only to learn that this auto charge is turned on by default. When sending back the package they sent us, they continued to fight us. Very poor communication. Very poor customer service.

I have been a long time customer but…

I have been a long time customer but recently I was charged 800 for a recurring order that I cancelled and did not approve. I have tried contacting them about it and no matter what I cannot get a refund even though I cancelled the order. Ultimately had to go to my credit card company. I was very disappointed and do not recommend this company due to poor customer service and unethical charging.

100% fraudulent company

100% fraudulent company. They take your money knowing they cannot ship the product, and then mark it "shipped" so it cannot be cancelled online. This company is a scam.
