Sadly I didn't check their reviews…

Sadly I didn't check their reviews before ordering, trusting that they are a small organic brand. Like many other people they have delayed and delayed saying they have run out of stock in my size. Terrible customer service and delivery. Their products are great though - which makes the terrible service really frustrating.

Cancellation Confirmed, Order Shipped Anyway

I placed an order in October for winter clothing for my children. After not receiving the order, I followed up in late December. In early January, after already waiting over two months, I formally requested cancellation and a refund. On January 8, I was explicitly informed that my cancellation and refund request had been forwarded for processing.

Despite this written confirmation, the company proceeded to ship the order.

The package arrived nearly four months after purchase. Winter is now over, and my baby has already outgrown the size ordered. The items are unusable for their intended purpose. This is not simply a shipping delay issue. The core problem is that a cancellation was requested, acknowledged, and supposedly forwarded for refund, yet the order was still shipped.

Consumers should not have to:
• Repeatedly follow up for months
• Monitor whether a confirmed cancellation is honored
• Handle return logistics for items that should never have been shipped

When a company confirms cancellation and then ships anyway, it raises serious concerns about internal controls and refund handling processes.

I am now forced to pursue further action to resolve this matter. Extremely disappointing and unnecessarily time-consuming experience.

They don’t ship your order

They don’t ship your order! So many “pre-order” items that aren’t clearly marked - and then they keep pushing out the date the items should arrive, only for that date to come and go. I ordered in Nov 25 and here it is almost February and still nothing. They advertised SO heavily for items they didn’t have which strikes me as intentional. Buyer beware!

Slow to ship, No answer to email

Ordered Dec. 26, Visa charged Dec 26. Now Jan. 8 with no indication of item being shipped, no indication ever given of long wait time. No answer to email sent yesterday.
No tracking available but they have links to SHOP that suggest it is. Following those you are forced to install the SHOP app on your phone and they require you agree to give them access to your email etc. Before deleting the obnoxious app I tried to track our order and a little window showing the item we ordered went through a process with a progress bar ending in saying the order was delivered two hours ago. We have not received the order.
Looking into other's experiences with this company I am seeing that Nui Organics is taking a long time, longer than we have waited so far, to actually ship their products. Some say they are told it was "preorder" with no such indication of this being the case. I am not used to being billed for things that are not processed and shipped.

Buyer beware

Good products, terrible business practices. I mostly love their products, I think I have made a few orders in which there was not a significant delay, but both this Christmas and the year before I got burned on orders that were supposed to be Christmas gifts. My November 2024 order arrived in January and MAY 2025, with no notification as I made the order that it was a preorder ("preorder" not mentioned until I emailed customer service), and no indication that the last item might take over 5 months to arrive. This Christmas season I took a chance, not yet knowing that "unspoken preorder" is their business model, and I ordered a full two months before Christmas. They still haven't arrived (it's now early January), and when I contacted them they mostly repeated my words back to me in an email (AI?) with an offer to cancel the "preorder" that didn't give any indication of when I can expect delivery.

Misleading Shipping Info and Poor Customer Service

I ordered on November 24th and the confirmation email stated 1–3 day shipping. There was no indication during checkout or on the product pages that the items were preorder.

I followed up less than a week later, on Dec 4th they said it would be another 2-3 weeks, but by the time the back-and-forth was over on Dec 10th, it had been over two weeks since I ordered, and they were still saying it would be another 2–3 weeks. Their responses were technically polite but dismissive and offered no real resolution.

The order was unusable for my time-sensitive needs, so I canceled it. The lack of accountability and poor customer experience makes me hesitant to order from this brand again.

Defective products and slow customer service

I bought 5 pairs of socks from Nui Organic — 4 had visible defects. Customer service was very slow and inconsistent. Even though their warranty says defective items are fully covered, they deducted shipping from my refund. I had to go through my credit card company to recover the difference. The socks feel soft but the poor quality control and unprofessional handling mean I will not buy again.
