I'm given Nkuku one star as it won't let me give it zero stars. Ordered item arrived in wet damaged box with a small rubber foot missing. Emailed customer service who couldn't find a replacement foot to send me. Instead offered £25 to keep the damaged item. I'm am currently trying to return the item which otherwise would be perfect for my needs and don't have the original wet, torn box and am struggling. I will endeavour to whastapp tomorrow as I have nothing better to do. Would really appreciate a returns label and a free collection of the damaged item.

I was assured that someone would get in touch with me about returning what they owed as there was a jar lid missing plus I spent over £5.00 in return postage but nothing so broken promises I would say avoid this company they just don’t care. Maybe they operate that you only buy from them once so plenty of willing customers out there but I guess no repeats.

Really happy with our Ishan table. It’s really unique and looks lovely in our kitchen. We love it.

Waste of time ordered online a week ago was expecting delivery today then they just emailed said they cant supply due to Covid-19!

I have been trying to contact the Unusual Gift Company. There is a link between Nuku and UGC. When you click above link it takes you to UGC. I cannot get in touch with them. No replies to email, phone, and address appears not to exist. I would not order from UGC. I believe them to be fraudulent or extremely poor traders. Avoid.

Just like all the other bad reviews. Steals the money and no way of contacting them. If someone has a phone number I would be really grateful.

Six months since the order was places and paid. Contacted them several times. Never any reply. Money kept, nothing shipped. This is a scam. I am shocked that they are allowed to keep on doing this.

I WISH I HAD SEEN THE REVIEWS BEFORE I PLACED MY ORDER.

I purchased an item on 25th September 2019 for a birthday gift for my husband. Emailed Nuku on numerous occasions for delivery info but no reply. Order status changed to dispatched on 27th September 2019 but cannot access it as its advising me that I could be hacked if I proceed. It's now 7th October and still no order.

As others have written - quick to take your money but where has customer service gone????

Scam! Ordered something 3rd December 2017..... just says partially dispatched and have never received the full order. they have never answered an email, I have emailed them so many times for nearly 2 years now and not one response. They are happy to keep your money and not send the order.

This website is a scam!!! Do not use!! Never reply to emails!! Always says awaiting fulfillment! I've contacted the fraud department of my bank to get my money back!!

A scamsite. They put products on their website but they don´t deliver.

Ordered a Playstation Clock from them in the middle of June and the status is still "Awaiting fulfillment". I tried contacting their customer service three times because I no longer want this order and there was absolutely zero response.
I will contact PayPal and try to get my money back but I would not recommend buying from their site.

I ordered an item over a week ago but they dispatched the item to the wrong address, even though I had updated my details on their site. I've sent over 10 emails and not had a single reply.

I wish I'd read reviews first before ordering. I am now in the process of taking legal action, as they are obviously scammers and crooks. Don't make the same mistake I did, don't order from them or any company that doesn't provide any form of customer service or a phone number.

Rubbish, dishonest and rotten company, avoid at all costs.

EDIT: 5/7/19 - After sending them over 15 emails and getting no response, out of frustration, I contacted my bank and thankfully received a full refund.

Do not order from this site, I contacted the original supplier of the goods I ordered through this re-seller and they had never heard of them. My money has been taken and two weeks later I have had nothing other than automated emails. There is no phone number on the site despite their terms stating that you should call them. The location address is incorrect and companies house has detailed them moving from there in 2015, following a further change they are now listed as Rock Cottage, Holt in Wrexham (full company details on companies house number 04849421) this is a residential address not suited to running a business of this type.
I will be seeking my money back through the bank - This review is to warn potential further victims to this websites scam.

DON'T ORDER YET - READ THIS FIRST. After looking at most reviews here, I was reluctant to proceed, but Nuku (Richmond Importing Ltd), did have a few reviews that altered my approach. Instead of ordering first, I contacted them by email about the 2 products I wanted, as I needed delivery in 3 days. One they had, one they didn't. Webpage doesn't seem to have any stock verification, so contact them first. Also get an ETA. I was offered an ex-display on the one item they hadn't got new in stock, but after enquiring about a discount, they found it wasn't working. At that point, I knew that at least they had one product I wanted and it could be delivered on time, SO ONLY THEN DID I ORDER.
If ordering from them be patient, contact them first. I found them quick to respond and easy to communicate with. So not a typical shopping experience. Treat the store as a basic portal to what they might have/have had/can get and email first. My product arrived as they said it would. Very happy, as sold out everywhere else.

On edit, 5 hours after posting this, I get a refund email. No explanation, natch. What a crappy bunch. Never again! Still, nice to get a refund (not checked the bank yet, mind.)

Appalling experience - order with care.
I ordered two items in extra small - asked for delivery before Easter. They came, but had sent small and medium. Needless to say they didn't fit!
Trying to get hold of someone is impossible. There is a live chat line but it says they are busy and to leave an email address and they will reply - they do not.
Eventually you get through on live chat to get some patronising faceless person telling you they hadn't thought sizes so sent others in good faith and that people normally appreciate this!
I'll never order again! They then won't refund until you return!
The items were chicken nappies for a serama bantam with a prolapse. So are to keep things CV Kean whilst she heals! They suggested that since I'd ordered a 'novelty item' the size wasn't important!
What a joke!

Don't use this company - my husband has been waiting for an order to be delivered for over a month, He has repeatedly tried to contact them and gotten no response. I have seen multiple reviews from people who have had a similar experience. It seems they're taking money with no intention of sending the item!!
