I got one of their Bluetooth FM transmitters for Christmas to connect my phone to my car audio. Was working wonderfully then the fast charge port stopped working so I contacted their general service website. Within 20 minutes I was contacted by a service rep PENNY. She worked with me for a little over a month troubleshooting it, with her being the one checking in with me to see how things were going. She always answered my emails within minutes. Since I got it as a gift I didn't have proof of purchase to register it for the warranty but Nulaxy gave it to me with a picture of the box. PENNY helped me through those issues with a copy of my past emails. She got me a replacement unit with an exact delivery date, right on time. She contacted me the day after I received it to make sure I got it. Couldn't get back to her at the time and PENNY emailed me every other day to verify that I had and that I was happy with it. She wished me a happy new years, to have pleasant weekends. PENNY gave absolutely THE BEST customer service I have ever had in my 52 years of life. When I was telling her how awesome she made my experience and that I truly wanted to rave about her with her fearless leaders all she asked was that I give a nice review, so here it is. Not just about Nulaxy but mostly about the jem of an employee they have in PENNY!
Lost my USB dongle the other day after less than 2 months of owning a new mouse from them. (You know - that tiny USB stick that is smaller than a LEGO). I was more than willing to pay for a replacement but they offer no such thing. It's not in their "warranty" so why would they give a crap?
What a waste. I will make sure to take my money elsewhere to trustworthy and helpful companies and recommend you do the same.

I wanted this for hands-free calling. I found that those who called or I called complained of low volume/distant sound at their end. I asked Nulaxy how I could increase the volume because the ultra-brief manual is hopeless. They said it was probably faulty and asked would I accept a replacement. This was on 14 January. I said yes but heard nothing further. It is now 9 March and I have sent reminders but still had no answer. However ,I recently managed to discover how to alter the microphone sensitivity myself by accident. So it now does the job OK. I can't say anything about the music streaming because I don't use or need that feature.
The ON/OFF button is not working, completely loose, I don't even need to touch the switch to change the position, as it is loose and changes position even by tilting the device. Its a pit I cannot upload a video here. Bought two of them and the same happened to both of them! Provided evidence, but have not gotten any refund or even a reply from the seller, terrible customer service. Really badly designed products, avoid if possible!
Great product for the price. Connects automatically to my phone when I plug it in. I haven't heard any static in my music.
