I have found this site to be very accurate!
I have found this site to be very accurate. I used it first time a few years ago when I decided to move to Ireland, and again when we moved to Switzerland last year. It helped us to decide where to live. After a few months of living here, I compared some prices in the city with the information on the site. I have found zero mistakes. I still use it very often when traveling around Europe as it is very reliable. Great job guys!

Don't be misled by the archaic visual style. Numbeo is easily the most useful of all cost-of-living sites. The breakdowns may look overly granular until you actually need that granularity, and then they're a godsend.
Very useful tool
Very useful tool to estimate costs of living, but also to understand average salary.
I used it when I moved to Switzerland. Data are correct. Even for Switzerland where there are differences between cantons and towns.

Used it a number of times when planning a trip budget. Found that data is quite reliable and helpful.
True information, presented pretty self-explanatory
Numbeo.com is a great tool to budget your costs for weekend city trips or even calculate your relocation budget based on costs of living if you plan to move for professional reasons. I have used (and still use) the portal for both and I am again and again impressed by how accurate information are, no matter if looking at London, Berlin, Paris or New York.
