NEVER AGAIN!
ORDER #N11466245. It shows as satisfied even though the product never arrived and we've been waiting almost 20 days. I've tried contacting them, and they haven't responded to a single email. On top of that, everything is being held up in customs... I hope I don't end up having to pay fees and taxes as well because I have no idea how much all of this is going to cost me. NEVER AGAIN!

A stunning first painting
My first painting came out beautifully. I loved the mosaic look to the Holy Family. I only had a few difficulties
1. The pen to cover numbers seemed to become ineffective soon.
2. One brush seemed to always have a hair that was too long
3. One color wove its way throughout the painting and was totally used up. Fortunately, I have the same color in another of my three pack.
4. I expected my "free" painting to be framed.
5. The copy to follow was a little light on one edge. It was hard to see, even with a little magnifying light.
I know this sounds like a lot of complaints but I truly enjoyed this painting and can't wait to start the next one!
