The good news:
My plates arrived in a few days and were exactly what I ordered.
The not so good news:
I paid with G-Pay not realising before it was too late that my old address details were used. I emailed immediately and then twice more with no response.
The plates were delivered to my old address and cost me a 3 hour round trip to pick them up.
In doing this numberplates4you BROKE THE LAW as they are not permitted to send plates to any address that is not on the vehicle documents, but they did.
Because of this and their lack of communication I Would go somewhere else with more positive review in future.

Order came a week late after paying for express delivery and came with no fitting kit in basically an envelope. No customer service after emailing numerous times. I don’t normally leave reviews but when something is this bad I felt the need!

Bought number plates for my car and was landed with them. 9 months later car failed MOT because the number plates letters started to change colour and bubble really badly. I did not drill the plates and there were no signs on delaminating. Tried to contact supplier for 2 months no reply very bad customer service. Now opened up a complaint with the ombudsman.

Ordered plates 20 september 24 they took my money and still not received them 25 october. Phone line unusable, not replying to any sent emails. I,ve been robbed. STAY CLEAR. Bank and authorities notified.

Ordered plates for partners car on a Saturday, paid the £8 next working day, and by the following Friday morning and several emails still nothing, the service was terrible and delivery didn't arrive as expected, when you offer next working day it needs to be achieved ! As such was unable to drive the car for the week and had to go and buy some elsewhere, would leave a google review too but don't seem able to. AVOID AVOID AVOID....

Appalling service. I bought plat that came with a different makers name in terrible typeface. I contacted the company and was asked to return the plate for. Refund, which I did. So far so good. No refund, as I was told the plate had not arrived. I supplied proof of postage and Royal Mail delivery 🚚 receipt. Then the owner “Steve” went silent 🤫 Finally, I gave him 7 days before seeking resolution via my card company. More silence. After 7 days I contacted my card provider who raised a dispute and have now refunded me. I should mention that they were the most expensive by far, I used them as I wanted quality’s product - not so. “Steve” I now have my £42 (for a single bike plate) refund but only thanks to my card company. Buyer beware, move on.

Avoid, Poor Quality Plates and Zero Customer contact.
Firstly, Website claims next day delivery if ordered before 2PM. I ordered before 2PM, no plates next day.
Be aware, Website now denies you the option of having a "Slogan" printed on your number plate, basically a line of text, car make etc, However the plate maker now prints "NP4U - PE13 4LA" smack bang in the middle of the border on both number plates, totally ruining the look of the plates,
and this is not a legal requirement,
only the BSAU Marker is.
Finally, I ordered premium Acrylic, and the Quality is simply awful, loads of air bubbles and tiny artifacts trapped between the bottom plastic layer and the top acrylic. I reached out to make contact, and the email
address given on the website, will just bounce all incoming mail straight back to the sender!
All said: Crap plates, zero customer contact, premium price. AVOID.

Avoid. I’ve had my plates for less than 12 months and the rear plate has significantly faded, I doubt it’s even legal anymore. The company have failed to respond to any of my emails, and won’t reply to my enquiries form I submitted. Shocking.

Bought 5 plates from them and all 5 have delaminated in 11 months. Won't answer emails either when I contacted them asking about the issue.

I really wish I had read the reviews on here before purchasing!
The initial supply was good however that is the only positive. If you have any issues or queries down the line then you may as well forget it. The website tells you to leave a message if you phone, well I'd save my breath because if you do get through you will never get a reply, and emails are never responded to if they are ever even looked at.

Quite frankly this is laughable and bordering on slanderous!

Stole my money. Website down, emailed to ask, was told by "Steve" I could pay through bank transfer, nothing arrived. When I chased he said it was odd nothing arrived, then no more contact. Essentially he took my money and supplied nothing. Avoid avoid avoid.

Ordered a personalised plate as a surprise for my sons 17th birthday. Sadly the plate has still not arrived and after many emails to the company I have had no response. Extremely disappointed and £55.00 out of pocket. AVOID!!!!

Don't get the negative reviews here, had no issue, even sent me an SMS (not automated) to advise when the plates were sent.

Plates were great quality and exactly as specified, would use again.

Ordered number plate it came but completely wrong letter so me emailed and was promised the correct number plate.
Nothing has turned up a month later emailed 10 times no response tried to call phone number doesn’t exist. Steve and his company are complete frauds do not order.

I am absolutely gutted how Steve from this company has behaved!!

I have purchased before from ‘’Number plates 4 You’’, but this experience has now ruined their company trust. The issue with the plates is, the numbers are not level.

The big issue I have with Steve from ‘’Number plates 4 You’’ is, he has now ignored ALL emails, this number 01945 572052 just says you have dialled an incorrect number! Speaks volumes.

The moral here is, purchase at your own risk, and be prepared to right of the purchase if things are not as you expect. Purchase from a GOOD trustworthy company, not one that has so many bad reviews.

Ordered the plates on 26 Dec, there was one attempted delivery and the DPD card said they had gone back to the depot. Here I am on 20 Jan and still nothing.

Emailed 5 times, no response
Telephone 3 times, number on their website not recognised.
Sent them a recorded letter, which they received, no response.

Thankfully I reported this transaction to my bank and they have reimbursed me. I would never ever use this company again, please stay away from them.

Placed order for plates. Money taken but no delivery received. Phone number doesn’t work and there is no response to emails. Will report to trading standards.

Terrible, no her plate arrived all the letters and numbers all over the place after several email have had no response
Avoid like it’s the plague

I had a query regarding my order and Steve responded to me quickly and assured me that it would be dealt with, which it was.
Friendly and quick service.
Plate arrived in perfect condition and was exactly what I ordered.
Would 100% recommend.

I don’t like writing negative reviews but maybe this will or won’t reading the other bad ones, get their attention? Sent plates wrong few weeks back. Steve was quick to admit their mistake with the promise of the correct ones sent. Never happened. Sent numerous emails to no avail. So they’ve essentially ripped me off as I’ve paid for extras and not got them on the plates I’ve been sent. No phone number that works and won’t reply to emails. Next stop is trading standards as I’ve requested a refund not for the difference but for all of it and no response whatsoever. We'll see what TS have to say or maybe Mat Alright BBC.
