Number Plates Next Day Reviews 

Bought plates as a gift for Christmas which arrived Christmas Eve, only to find that they had incorrectly printed the number plate…..Christmas surprise ruined.
Got in contact with them after the Christmas period and was told they would be reprinted and sent asap, but it took 5 days for the replacement plates to arrive. Not the best experience and would consider other companies ahead of these.

NOT NEXT DAY!!.. MORE LIKE 5 DAYS..STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO BE SENT, TRACKING JUST STATES WAITING TO RECIEVE THEM. DOESNT REPLY TO EMAILS AND MESSAGES. THIS HAS GOT TO BE THE WORST PLACE TO ORDER FROM,

Quality of plates are so bad do not order ever from them. Addressed them about it and they never contacted me back. Worst service ever

Easy to order and received quickly. Now my preferred supplier for number plates

Ordered Tuesday 13th Jan for ‘next day delivery’, dispatched 24 hour tracked Wednesday to arrive Thursday.

Didn’t arrive Thursday, waited Friday and Saturday and still no plates. Email support stating Royal Mail’s fault tracking shows their error, however plates needed for insurance so had to go out and buy new ones Sunday due to insurance / DVLA switched over

Now the following Monday still not received, asked to cancel and refund as no longer required and was ignored.

Plates eventually arrived then filling Friday, 9 days after dispatch - definitely not next day! Of course not required 10 days after order they refused to return / refund - ignored emails useless do not order!

£50 gone for plates that are no good as arrived ten days later

Ordered front number plate 4 days ago - still waiting for it to arrive, have had to cancel one long trip. Very poor service

Do not use ! No plates, no response!
Total scam, take ££££ and nothing received. No response from customer services. Have to go through bank and apply for refund!

Not received product and no reply from company when chased.

Contacted customer services multiple times, but emails ignored or only part response. Parts missing from the delivery and it took 5 days, not next day.

Was not informed that the number plate would be incorrectly formatted at point of entering the reg and no care from the company that it is money wasted. Offered to return but no response. Would avoid and go elsewhere.

Disgusting service I ordered 3 sets of number plates the beginning of December for next day delivery 1 set arrived 3 weeks later but not the other 2 sets they took my money but did not send the plates I would not recommend these to any 1 to be honest the set that did arrive looks like it was made by a child very bad workmanship crooked letters spacing is different between letters don’t waste your money with these Robert

I don’t know about the negative reviews but I ordered my plates on Friday afternoon came today morning looks very good and clean would buy again would recommend people to buy from here.

I hate to say it but just order from elsewhere.

It’s not next day, it’s next week. I’ve had zero communication. After 3 emails from me, it was a week to receive an EMAIL to tell me they received my order back and will resend?

Absolutely shocking this company is, do not use.

I ordered two sets of different number plates one standard and one gel style for mine and my partners cars, I ordered these 27/12/25 and received them 2/1/2026 the standard plates were ok but had damage to the sides which I had to tidy them up and the gel ones came blank? Who sends out blank number plates but charges you £41.99? Also I ordered fixing kits and only revived one and not two even though they charged me for these!

After numerous emails with photos attached as proof asking for a refund for the blank number plates they sent out still no reply as of this review 7/1/2025. They are quick enough to take your money for a service they don’t provide but do not respond to emails and there is no contact number? Really poor service, avoid and do not use.

No response to multiple emails and social media messages. Only provided half the order but taken full amount.

Ordered on 27th not here, no response to emails, no phone number to ring, royal mail says they dont even have them yet. Scammers hiding behind lack of contact details. Terribly disappointing

If you arent open over Christmas and new year say so and dont take our money. Where are my plates?

!!Avoid!! this company if you require specific spacing on your number plates. Your order will clearly state the spacing you need they will ignore and just make the plate in the normal way, you would think they would just just email you saying we cannot do the spacing you want do you still want the plate? No that would be too straightforward!

Still not received product even though royal mail tracked and no delivery updates either

Would leave 0 stars if I could. Ordered plates for a present. Told were posted Xmas eve. Still not got them. Disgusted with this company. Have just stolen my money. I will take this further.
