Wow. Best customer service!
Upon placing my order I somehow processed a second device. I wasn’t aware of my mistake until I received a email confirmation. I immediately responded with a request to cancel the second styler. Thinking it would be a fat chance to get a refund you can imagine how shocked I was when within minutes I received a response from your agent Queen Porras informing me that she had taken care of my request! All I can say is wow and thank you very much. It has truly been a pleasure. I will be sure and share my opinion of the styler when I receive it as I am hopeful it will be as wonderful as my current experience.
They have refunded me for the extra charger quickly
I’m so happy with the company “Flown” as I made a mistake and Angel removed one of them and I was told I would receive the credit within 7 to 10 days. This company is very prompt with their response. Strange returns policy
If I'd read these reviews before I ordered from a Facebook post, I wouldn't have wasted my money! Yes, you do get a quick reply from customer service, but not one that's helpful considering their returns policy.

Even though the product did not work,speedy responses after a couple of messages the result was a replacement brush. I was very grateful for the very speedy HUMAN responses and. AAron dealt with it in a very polite efficient way .
Poor refund policy
I read the 100% guarantee refund before purchasing the items but I never saw that there is just ONE factory to return it to and that it’s overseas. Did not see that I paid the shipping costs.

Goods are shipped from London yet they expect you to return them to China at "your " cost even if faulty!! Knowing your predicament they then offer you a partial refund. This cant be right surely ? Poor products that dont work properly ( 1 item wouldnt hold its charge and the other was broken on arrival). and they send items with a USA plug to UK residents so you have to buy an adapter ! A total rip off. Dont be fooled by their website - Strongly suggest to try elsewhere before you order

They have a tedious return policy... Jump through many hoops and have not told me how much to ship. They want a pix of their own product. It is NOT for very short hair. I have a lady buzz cut. The brush is worthless. The company is tedious. 5 emails so far on why are you returning it. No instructions yet. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME‼️

Asked about returning the Go Pro Brush and was told they offer only a 30% on the item (Go Pro Brush). So buyer beware! The button is in a terrible place, so the heat temp could adjust or just shut off completely when using, it does not hold a charge very long. There is no warehouse in the USA so return freight is between $20. to $30. easily.
