I’m kinda shocked to see the negative reviews here!! Tbh my friends and I have ordered from Numpaint.com multiple times and have experienced nothing but great quality paint by numbers! I recently got two paint by numbers ( Colorful Owl & Pink Butterfly ) and I’ really enjoying them! The quality is wonderful and the service is professional I just don’t get it why do they have bad reviews probably I’m too lucky lol

Outstanding service and quality products.the canvas is great and the colors are excellent! They created two beautiful paint by numbers for my son and were shipped promptly with excellent communication throughout the process

This is what happens when you want to save money. They look exactly like the Pink Picasso ones. Exact photos but they are half the price. Well that’s why. Awful product. You have to match the number with the paint, different numbers that the one on the container. Some paints came even dry. The end result has nothing to do with the picture from the website. Cheap quality. I complained but got an email saying: “ As well known that the paint by numbers generates only 24 different colors for each painting and if the image contains a lot of details and colors the result will not match the image 100%.

Well the other brands look exactly like the picture they advertise! So no, this is NOT worth it. Just a waste of your money but more of your time! Hours spending on this for a horrible result.

My parcel arrived but the canvas was damaged due to poor packaging. I emailed the company with photographic evidence and received an immediate reply of apology and the offer of a replacement. They kept me informed of progress, told me when the replacement had been dispatched and the new canvas arrived in perfect condition. Will definitely use numpaint in the future.

Horrible! I placed my order 6 weeks ago and the shipment was lost and the company would not reimburse me! Its been a nightmare to say the least. Please beware when doing business with this company

AWFUL -Product not shipped for ages but kept telling me it was. Refused to issue a refund. Still not received. This is cheap chinese rubbish so save your money
Also refused to confirm the paint quality meets UK/EU standards. Repeatedly asked and repeatedly wouldn't answer
Suggested HERMES is a world renown quality shipping company according to this bunch of Chinese 'quality' business =AVOID AVOID AVOID

My daughter had placed an order without my knowledge for $113 When I saw the charge I emailed them to please cancel the order. Within 24 hours I received a reply that they would issue me a refund . I was impressed with the turnaround. They did charge me $5 fee which was fine

CROOKS!! The paint is too thin to cover the red lines and numbers. I was shorted a pod of paint needed for the background. When I contacted the company I was told their computer generates how much paint is needed. They agreed to send me more but it would cost me $10 for shipping. I only paid $3.85 for the 2 prints I ordered. Why should I have to pay for more paint when they didn't send enough to begin with? Never order from this company!!

I have just received my painting rolled up around a tube with an elastic band around the middle, needles to say it is hundreds of creases in it that wont come out. all paintings i have done before are on a solid board and not cloth, its like trying to paint your tea towel , I have not bothered complaining as I have read that many bad reviews i know what the answer will be that's if they answer.

I had a terrible experience with this company. I wished I would have read the reviews! They sent me my canvas and it had wrinkles all through the middle of it because it had a rubber band wrapped tightly around the middle of it. I sent pictures at their request and they said I needed to iron out the wrinkles because it was canvas. So I tried that and it made it worse. I sent more pictures and they sent me a new one that had the same issue! A rubber wrapped tightly around the middle of the canvas. So then I told them I wanted a refund. They said I would need to ship it back to China which I said was crazy and I had no idea this was being shipped from China! They said I should have ordered the canvas that came already framed. I told them they should have warned me that the canvas was going to be full of wrinkles. So I asked them to please send me the already framed canvas and they replied they would if I shipped back the other canvases they sent me and pay the difference for the framing. I said that was going to be very expensive to ship back to China, plus I had already wasted a couple of months waiting for them to get it right. It left off where nothing was done. Horrible experience. Awful.

Lost just over $50.00 using this company. All comes from China.
I wrote down the wrong address, they had no way of tracking the package even though they delivered it 3 times to that address.
Can't trust a company that can't even retrieve a package.

Cheap and be aware that even though address show USA, it comes from China and takes ages to get here. I ordered 3 of those for graduation gift and it's a week past graduation but no delivery yet.

Very very pricy, paint is unbelievably thin. Several coats needed to cover numbers giving a very uneven look.

I’ve bought a lot cheaper from foreign sites that I wish everyone else knew about (read that again before giving your money to numpaint.com 😉) That has been fair better quality and looked amazing. Numpaint product very second rate £30 I wish I’d bought a print with instead of this bargain basement (although the price doesn’t suggest that) rip off

Avoid at all costs!!!!!!

This is an apalling company. After about 5 emails including detailed photos of the missing coloured paints, the existing paints, the partially finished project, I received Doubles of the colours I already had. Matching the numbers to the paint pots is a job in itself as they DON'T come numbered and you have to try and match colours to numbers that don't even resemble the "key" colour chart that is sent in the kit.
Wont EVER buy off them again. NOT RECCOMMENDED

Do not order from this company
I ordered a painting with frame, and not only am I missing colours and the frame, the paint pots on a couple of the colours were half fill. Not enough - even with watering down could I complete the sections
I am battling with support to send me the missing pot of colour and frame that I paid for. They have not offered a partial refund and continuously advise excuses on why the missing content has still not been shipped. Its now 8 weeks since my original order
I strongly advise to purchase from any other company
