I recently engaged with Nick to purchase a new vehicle. It was a very difficult challenge due to the global shortages, but Nick managed to source my ideal vehicle. His communication throughout the process was fantastic and within only a month and a bit I had my new car in the driveway.

I’ve recently leased my first car with Numus Leasing and they were excellent.

Nick took me through everything and kept me updated throughout the process. At no point was I left feeling worried, uncertain or stressed.

Nick also didn’t try an hard selling. We discussed what I was after and he gave me various options to choose from. Once I had made my decision he processed everything as agreed and kept me informed at every stage.

There was a delay with the car but this was due to the chip shortage with all new cars around the globe due to the covid situation.

Given it was our first time leasing a car I was nervous about how mercenary the process would be but we needn’t have worried. From the very first conversation with Nick he was polite, diligent, made us feel at ease and so we’re able to trust in the process. Due to the current climate delivery of the car took longer than hoped, but between Nick and the dealer questions were always answered promptly. Me and my brother dealt with Numus to lease a car. I was taken care of by Nick. In simple, Nick is by far the best person we have dealt with. His service, his banter and natural desire to go that extra mile is second to none. The experience with Nick was so good, easy and smooth that we have decided to make sure we only go through Nick now for all future cars for ourselves and other family members.
