Scam company. They are reselling cheap products from China on their shopify at 10X markup to unsuspecting pet owners.

I have been trying to cancel my order since the day after I placed it and before the order shipped. Customer service is nonexistent.

Buyer beware.

Edit: it gets better! The products never arrived at my home despite them saying they shipped and were delivered. There is no question now this company is illegitimate

Overpriced item. Bought a silverline cat stick chew for USD22. I saw similar items on amazon 5 sticks for 16USD. What a ripoff!

NEVER GOT MY PURCHASED ORDER AND I'VE TRIED TO REACH OUT TO THEM SEVERAL TIMES OVER 3 WEEKS NOW. THIS IS A FRAUD COMPANY!! UNRELIABLE!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

Update: I did finally receive it (after 4 weeks). Packing = BAD. They just put the product in the envelope. Product quality = OK. Still the worst purchase experience.

If only I had googled just a bit before spending money with this company I would have seen easily that I should not have purchased from them.

Like many others here, I did not receive what I purchased and all attempts to contact them go unresponded to.

In my case, I actually did receive half my order. It was unexpected because I got two tracking numbers, but one was unused and the other said my order was somewhere in China. But a package showed up. So that was weird even though it was good. And that's when I knew something would probably go wrong with the other half of my order.

Indeed, the package that was being tracked seemed to move somewhere every few days, until it finally stopped totally about 3 weeks after it shipped and almost 3 weeks ago, now (so it's been about 6 weeks since I ordered).

I've emailed and contacted through the website. It tries to make it seem like you are just contacting some guy named Mark who got a dog one day and realized he needed to start a pet business. I would be surprised if Mark actually exists, but if he does, he has abandoned his inbox, y'all. Do not expect to hear from Mark or anyone at nunapets.

It seems like some people get lucky and get the product they ordered. Like I got half lucky. And the product I did receive was as represented, so that's fine. If you're the gambling type and want to play a fun game of "will I or won't I" with your "order" that may have been "shipped", then ordering something from nunapets will be a delightful way to spend your money and time. However, if you prefer to receive things you pay for, I do not recommend.

And of course, because there is no such thing as customer service with them, do not expect to be able to use their guranteee, 30 day return, or any kind of exchange if you get something incorrect or broken.

If you are lucky, you get something, maybe it's right maybe not, end of transaction, you will never hear from them again.

Going to file a fraud report with my credit card company now...

I purchased 2 cat toys (chewing sticks that are meant also to keep teeth cleaned) after seeing the ads on IG. My cat as soon as she sniffed it, she started drooling very badly and her eyes had tears, I removed the toy and smelled it and noticed both of them smells badly of cigarettes smoke (and I'm a smoker so it's not that I'm that sensitive to the smell). I wrote to them yesterday but so far I haven't received a reply.

Another instance of a placed order via Instagram to Shop where a tracking number was given and nothing but label created in the info. Have attempted three times to cancel the order with no contact.

I placed an order for a cat harness and lead. The company sent an email confiring order has been sent with a tracking number. The tracking number is not recognised, I haven't received the order, and the company hasn't responded to any of my emails. They have taken my money. I placed an order with them after seeing a Facebook ad. Beware, seems to be a scam!

I purchased a cat collar with lead but it's too small. I have sent several emails regarding an exchange for a larger size but no one will answer me.... Very poor customer service.

I recently (2 weeks ago) ordered and paid for a harness and lead for my cat from this company. I was sent a delivery notice and a tracking number. After a week I tried to check where it was via the tracking number and the company had no record of it. I have been emailing the company to find out what is happening, via the website and via the direct address that the ‘owner’ sent along with the order confirmation and I have had no reply at all.
They have taken the money from my account.
I bought the product after seeing it advertised on Facebook.
