Criminals and fraudsters

Company is in administration and won’t pay money owed. Beware and don’t purchase as they are hiding it on their website. Fraudsters.
Strung us along for months after a faulty delivery and now say they aren’t in charge of their bank accounts.

Horrible

Horrible. Please do not buy here.
I bought a product in July.
A week later received an email saying that it was delayed.
Two months later :
I don't have any information about My order
If I write them I don't have and answer
They don't have a telephone number so I can't contact them directly.
Please don't but from them.

Avoid at all costs

If there was an option to put 0 stars, trust me, I would.

Ordered a dining table on their website end of September. The table was said to be in 'stock' (and their website still shows it as in stock, which really proves their level of amateurism).
We were told two weeks delivery.

After waiting 3 weeks, without any information or follow-up from their part, we emailed and we were told our package would soon be on its way.

2 more weeks, no reply. Then I started calling.
First we were told it was at the warehouse, and would be with us beginning of November. Nothing. Called again. End of November. Nothing. Called again.
Then customer service assures me that the table will be with them first week of December and that it is on its way. So it will be with us second week of December latest. Of course, still nothing.

Now I tired calling again, and this company TURNED OFF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HOTLINE (illegal in Europe). I sent an email, and they reached out saying that the order was again delayed, this time until end of January. So 5 months in our new flat, without a dining table. No compensation offered and they dare to beg us not to cancel the order.

They dare to say that it is because of too many orders, but for their supply chain to be hit this bad only means one thing: they are selling 'made in italy' labels but their items actually come from China and shipments have been impacted by Covid / Ukraine.

They also delete any comments on Instagram, it would otherwise be flooded with very poor reviews. They should try being as efficient replying to customer service complaints as they are with deleting comments.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Literally the worse online shopping experience ever!

Literally the worse experience ever!! I bought some chairs at the start of August, on the website its said 3 weeks (so they lie basically), three months down the line I still haven't received the chairs!! Each time I call they give me a false information, like "yup your chairs will come hat week I cam see it on the system", I call "we received lots of palettes so they should be delivered by the end of next weeK"...NOTHING, I call back call us on Monday as we're still processing"...aweful!! If I have one thing to say as a piece of advice DO NOT BUY ON NUNIDO!! For thise who do GOOD LUCK

Disappointing experience

It's a pity that I can't attach a photo to my review. Otherwise, I would have attached a photo of my Pedrali table (exterior, green, 60 cm) with an 8 cm through crack along the edge of the table and would have asked you, dear readers of my review: would you buy such a table for 200 euros? And if you knew that its price was 280 euros, and the store announced a discount of 80 euros due to this crack, would you be attracted by such an offer, or would you prefer to buy a table for 200 euros, no discount, but also without a defect? I'm sure most of us will choose the second option, only Nunido customer service does not understand why I do not make such a choice, and for 3 weeks they have been convincing me that this is a profitable purchase!
I ordered this table (283 euro then, 367 euro now) on March 21st dreaming of how I would be enjoying breakfast in the garden in 1-2 weeks, as stated on the website. A little earlier, I ordered chairs from the same brand, together they should look great. In the second half of April, I wrote to the store and received an answer: wait a couple of weeks, everything will arrive. Unable to wait any longer (in the south of France, warm days come early), I bought other chairs and table, but did not refuse the order: I decided that I would use them in my city apartment. The chairs arrived at the end of April and I took them there, the table only came on May 16th! On May 20, I brought it to the apartment, we assembled it and saw a crack, which I immediately made a complaint about. Since then, I've been messaging with Nunido, who insists that I get a refund of 84 euros and not return the countertop for exchange, as the exchange period will take many weeks (or months). I insist that the top needs to be exchanged, but I will use it until such time as they have a new top in stock. Because I am a buyer and I have the right to use the goods for which I paid. On June 3, I wrote that I was returning the table and demanding a refund of the entire amount, and I was waiting for return labels. I sent confirmation that I bought a similar Pedrali table (376 euro) from another shop because I can't go all summer without a table and can't buy a third table while I'm waiting for the exchange. Nunido does not respond to me at all!
Over the past few months I have made 6 orders worth 4500 euros, and there were problems with them, but I gave this store a chance again and again ... But this time it is simply unbearable, I spent so much personal time and nerves on correspondence! The service answers me during working hours, their employer pays them money for this, and who will pay me money for the time when I write 100 emails, for the time that I will pack the return, that I will spend at the post office returning huge boxes, for the fact that Am I buying other products without a discount instead of this?..

Great service, fabulous product

I just opened the box but I haven't tried the product yet. As it's made of untreated brass I just wanted to take a time to put together. I'm pretty sure that it's going to be beautiful in my new home.
Otherwise, I was a bit worried about the delivery even though it was written "in stock". In fact, I already bought this on another website. The estimated delivery time had passed (almost 2 months) and plus I had to make customer support calls by myself and and even worse I had to call 3 times to get a refund.
Unlike my experience with xxxx-in dexxgn, I'm absolutely delighted with Nunido. They did exactly as promised. I have no hesitation in recommending Nunido and in buying more pieces.

Slow but reliable and great service when needed

I have used several times over the last few years and yes delivery times can be slow but they always have delivered and have been great with their customer serviçe when I have issues. I have just bought a sideboard which was damaged in transit and they got a replacement one to me in 8 weeks. Very happy and will use again

worst online site

I ordered the table on 3rd of April. I am same as other people. The estimated delivery time on the website was two weeks. After 2 weeks, I sent email and Nunido replied that the goods would delivery in the middle of May. However, the trusted shops guarantee would be expired after only one month. I sent the email and Nunido told I could get a refund if I want. (This seems to be Nunido's trick.) I had already waited one month, so I decided to keep believing and waiting. I sent an email asking for a refund if delivery is not made within May. I received an email stating that shipping will start at the end of May. But, There is no tracking number and it takes 7-10 days for delivery. I sent the email after 10 days, but there is no answer. I am not sure if they really sent the goods.
I have never received a tracking number from an online purchase, and I never heard the delivery dates are 7~ 10 days.
If you do not receive my mail, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency.

Unreliable delivery dates / Wrong site delivery information

Hello,
I ordered an article November 21st for delivery expected in 2 weeks. After 8 weeks Jan 17th I am still waiting for the delivery. I contacted the support service several times and they announced multiple delays, going into mid-January, still no news.
Note that while my order is not delivered after 8 weeks this same article still shows on Nunido's site as "available for delivery in 2 weeks"!
DO NOT trust the dates, I will update once the articles are received...

Articles were finally received 11 weeks after the order and while always shown on the website as "delivered in 2 weeks". Well packaged and no problem with the content.

delivery takes for months !

Ordered an item which should be delivered in 2 weeks. Now 6 weeks after purchase they still haven't shipped the item + as a business customer they don't want to cancel the order. DON'T ORDER from this company. Zero interest in their customers.

**Update: after one year they tried to remove my review saying to Trustpilot i didn't have a genuine experience with them. After sending proof to Trustpilot, they put a lame answer to my review, pretending they care about customers...

NO NO NO

this is not a reliable company:
- fake delivery estimations
- no communication
- no reimbursement
- fake expedition notification
- rude "customer" call center
- delete feedbacks on social media when they dont appreciate the tone

Nunido's team did its best, despite huge delay from the producer side...

I ordered EMU product on Nunido website (very easy and secure to use), and despite a huge delay in delivering the products (EMU's fault), Nunido customer service have done all of their best to manage my order. Both Hana and Calvin from Nunido cust. service were very professional and very helpful, which was greatly appreciated. I will be happy to re-order again at Nunido in the futur.

Stressful and disrespectful experience

I have ordered a pendant light of the brand Pedrali. The website advertises the delivery between 3 to 4 weeks. After the 3rd week not having heard from them, I then contacted them and they explained they were still waiting for the order to arrive at their warehouse. The item finally arrived for them 4 weeks after I made the order and after countless calls and e-mails I still had no idea when it was going to be shipped. Today has been 7 weeks waiting and I got really upset so decided to cancel the order. They are truly disrespectful with their customers.

window broken

the transporter came, threw the package away when I opened the door, went down the stairs, then broke the window because he slammed the door too hard. I will file a complaint against the carrier. all the glass at the bottom of the building is broken
