Disappointing experience
It's a pity that I can't attach a photo to my review. Otherwise, I would have attached a photo of my Pedrali table (exterior, green, 60 cm) with an 8 cm through crack along the edge of the table and would have asked you, dear readers of my review: would you buy such a table for 200 euros? And if you knew that its price was 280 euros, and the store announced a discount of 80 euros due to this crack, would you be attracted by such an offer, or would you prefer to buy a table for 200 euros, no discount, but also without a defect? I'm sure most of us will choose the second option, only Nunido customer service does not understand why I do not make such a choice, and for 3 weeks they have been convincing me that this is a profitable purchase!
I ordered this table (283 euro then, 367 euro now) on March 21st dreaming of how I would be enjoying breakfast in the garden in 1-2 weeks, as stated on the website. A little earlier, I ordered chairs from the same brand, together they should look great. In the second half of April, I wrote to the store and received an answer: wait a couple of weeks, everything will arrive. Unable to wait any longer (in the south of France, warm days come early), I bought other chairs and table, but did not refuse the order: I decided that I would use them in my city apartment. The chairs arrived at the end of April and I took them there, the table only came on May 16th! On May 20, I brought it to the apartment, we assembled it and saw a crack, which I immediately made a complaint about. Since then, I've been messaging with Nunido, who insists that I get a refund of 84 euros and not return the countertop for exchange, as the exchange period will take many weeks (or months). I insist that the top needs to be exchanged, but I will use it until such time as they have a new top in stock. Because I am a buyer and I have the right to use the goods for which I paid. On June 3, I wrote that I was returning the table and demanding a refund of the entire amount, and I was waiting for return labels. I sent confirmation that I bought a similar Pedrali table (376 euro) from another shop because I can't go all summer without a table and can't buy a third table while I'm waiting for the exchange. Nunido does not respond to me at all!
Over the past few months I have made 6 orders worth 4500 euros, and there were problems with them, but I gave this store a chance again and again ... But this time it is simply unbearable, I spent so much personal time and nerves on correspondence! The service answers me during working hours, their employer pays them money for this, and who will pay me money for the time when I write 100 emails, for the time that I will pack the return, that I will spend at the post office returning huge boxes, for the fact that Am I buying other products without a discount instead of this?..
