Nununu has no integrity.

I placed an order and immediately noticed that one item had been selected twice. I sent Nununu an email; they answered immediately saying that it was strange. I ignored their response. While waiting for my refund they sent the wrong amount. I emailed them several times and they pretended to send me my correct refund; which Bank of America said they never did. I was going to sic BofA on them, but I just won’t shop with them again.

Amazing customer support!
Please don’t read all the bad reviews. Nununu didn’t have an item I had ordered in stock, they let me know straight away and asked if I’d like a refund or to select something else. I chose an item more than double the price of the original and asked how to pay the difference. I had an email straight back saying ‘there’s no need to pay the difference it’s a service gesture from us’. These guys deserve more stars on trust pilot, I cannot fault them!

Wrong Size - Dreaded On-line Return

Recently, I bought 5 items for my son and 5 items for my daughter. The kids loved the clothes when they arrived. However, upon reviewing my order, I realized that the company had sent me the wrong size for one pair of pants for my daughter. Of course, the wrong size was for the pants she loved the most.

When I went to initiate a return, I encountered the dreaded “email this address” instruction. Based on my past experiences with other companies, I was expecting a nightmare. But I was pleasantly surprised. Instead of issues, the company quickly responded with an apology, said they’d send the correct size, added a bonus item to the order, and told us to keep the wrong size and pass it along to a friend.

In short, this company clearly underpromised and overdelivered. These little things make me a loyal customer moving forward!

Such a horrible experience with this…

Such a horrible experience with this company sadly people only see the bad reviews when they have an issue like me .

I ordered as a gift for a friends baby and the order was not cheap. Evri so say delivered my package and they’re photo proof was to then delivering to a different door. I raised this with Evri who said it’s in nunu bebes wish to resolve this, they take weeks to respond , and when they do they presume I am lying. They got a image off of google maps saying my front door was white , when it’s in fact red (the photo proof from Evri shows them delivering it to a white door) the google image is from over ten years ago.

I am getting no where with them at all, now I have no gift to show and a lot of money out of pocket, absolute shambles of a company

I have been ordering from NUNUNU since…

I have been ordering from NUNUNU since 2020, I absolutely love their clothes and both of my boys look great in them. Their customer service is actually great, I have experienced some issues with customs duties in the past, but ever since I have contacted Shira from their customer services, I have had no problems whatsoever. Special shoutout and recognition goes Shira as she always goes over and beyond to ensure I get my orders without delay.

DO NOT ORDER....RUN AWAY OR ELSE!

First it wouldn`t take my address than the next day it did then before I hit the place order tab & I already had my debt card typed in then I typed in Reviews on Nununu, I`m soooo glad I did so then decided not to order from this so called Nununu & here`s a red flag it`s in Israel & it`s called NununuWorldCo so go figure so then I got a fraud alert on my cell phone all of a sudden from Chase bank, someone was trying to get $59.99 for KETO DIET 4ME & it was denied, GOOD JOB CHASE BANK FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!! I destroyed my card & I`m getting a new one, so be aware.........RUN AWAY FAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I wish I could give them a 0 star rating. They take forever to respond to any issue and then they ignore you once they do respond. DO NOT PURCHASE SALE ITEMS. They do not offer returns even though it does not say Final Sale. From the other reviews I've read, they don't seem to honor ANY returns, even for regular priced items. This company needs to be reported to some type of authority that regulates ethical business practices. They are not located in the US and they rely on people giving up on trying to resolve any issues with them.

Terrible customer service

Sadly, I am experiencing the same return issues as many of these poor reviews. I've been a great customer for years, but this is the first time I've needed to return & I can't get a response. I've emailed 4 times already & keep getting automated response. I will be contesting this charge with Amex (everyone should do the same) & will not be shopping here again.

This company advertises free shipping over $75 to the United states.and they have legal contract agreement that they don't pay duties or taxes in there country.
We don't know how there manipulating there website,but they are charging shipping .they are a dishonest and crooked company.they are adding the shipping charges back in,but they will not give you the receipts to show you the full details of your purchases.

You have a legal right to your full disclosure of all your itemized receipts. to show what you bought and paid for . there hiding something.this company needs to be audited.

They have money and like to threatened customers with there lawyers.harass them.try to immediate and scare them.run .from this company.dont do business with a company who does business like this all for the sake of a dollar

It's sad actually because their clothes are so cute. I never received my order. I have been emailing them for over a week and all I get is "they're looking into it." I have been asking to resend it or give me another 15% off my first order coupon but they are ignoring this. Bad taste in my mouth for a first time customer.

GO ELSEWHERE... ANYWHERE ELSE.

Impossible return process

I agree fully with the previous reviews. I was a loyal customer for years ,but I faced their old fashioned return process now.It was my first ever attempt to return an item to them and it was very unusual experience. I wrote many emails,they were redirected and redirected again,when I finally got to the post office at the end of the surprising customer service and discovered the price for the parcel to be sent back to Israel- it was high,so I could not send the product back,it was just unreasonable. Most companies of this league put a sticker label for a free return shipping.They also don’t accept sale items for return. I wanted to return snickers because of the poor design ( unusual for the Nununu)they smashed my sons ankle bones to blood. It’s stated on a website snickers are low cut, but they are not really high or low ,they come straight through the ankle bones and will cause blisters to anyone.So I have to throw them away now. Competition is high and return process is from older times.

No refund for returned items

I’ve ordered a few times and always received my items swiftly.

But I had to return some items recently and have had a terrible experience.
- I had to ship the return to Israel at my own cost - so so expensive!
- it’s been 6 weeks and I haven’t received the refund
- I emailed a few weeks back and they said they’d look into it urgently, but they didn’t get back to me
- there’s no phone number to contact them

Don’t think I’ll order again - easy returns is a basic requirement when buying clothes!

Worst customer service

The one star is only because their clothes are great. I have been trying to return an item for over a week. I have sent over 6 emails to get the address to do this. I get an automated response and still no information. The worst customer service. I will not buy again.
