Not totally happy
The thing is that I am kind of happy in general, but I still seen that the fry pans are turning brown after the first use, tried to wash with different products and still not recovering the same color, I just used it first time. Its there any recommendation for me?

Great customer service
Initially my parcel was attempted to be delivered however I was not in.
That company said they had delivered it but they hadn't.
I contacted customer services and they confirmed it had been marked as delivered.
I told them the situation, sent photos of my front garden, which didn't match the photo provided by the courier and within 3 days I had my new set of pans.
They were very swift at sorting the issue which I'm very greatful for.

Would definitely trust the company to sort out any issues
