Great product and great prices, terrible service

Great product and great prices, but terrible customer service. This was my second time ordering and both times the delivery was extremely late. The first time they took several days to send it and this time they send it, but they told me DHL damaged the package and it was on its way back. I explained to them that I am out of protein and if they can send replacement right away (I have upcoming competition so it was really important for me), and they said no, that they will send in the the next few days. Few days have passed, still I haven't heard anything.
