The downside to working here is the hit to your own self esteem. You care about yourself an do everything in your power to make a great impression and be a valuable asset to the company especially when you are confident in your skills and what you bring to the table. But none of that matter. It's the only place I have every worked that doesn't appreciate quality employees, and the quality employees who persist there have learned how to cope with the situation, bit their tongues and just plug along. It's a shame because they have some really excellent people who are not allowed to excel.
