As with others who have reviewed I unknowingly signed up to a monthly subscription. Why trick people into a subscription?? Immediately cancelled and I won’t be using them again. Not a fan of being tricked out of my money!

Product average. But you secretly agree to a subscription and then you have to jump through stupid hoops and obtain links to cancel a subscription you didn't know you had.
Poor service and a blatant scam.

Pro Biotic's a Great product, we have been using it for our Cockerpoo for the last couple of years.

Great, does exactly what it is for. My dog has to have it broken up in his wet food because he won't eat it as a treat on its own. He is a bit fussy but happily has it in his food 😆

Certainly is making my dogs breath fresher and think their teeth are starting to looking slightly cleaner. Will definately keep buying this!

Great products I trust The pre pro biotics are great as my dog eats raw food.
The dental powder really works on tartar

My dog loves these products and her breath is so much better.

This product has really helped my dogs teeth and mouth health. My dog hasn’t had her teeth brushed in years and won’t allow you to. Her teeth and breath was awful and this really has been a game changer.

Certainly made a difference to my dogs teeth. It did take about 6weeks to work. My cat also loves the taste so I use it for him now also

If we could rate this zero stars we would.
We bought the pre pro and post biotic treats and were asked if we would like a free gift. What the advert failed to mention on the website, is that if you say yes to the ‘ free treats’ you are opting in to a subscription.
We have followed the link to cancel and it DOES NOT work.
Following e mails from ‘James’ who I suspect is AI- auto response, and posting comments on their adverts ( which they remove) we will If the subscription is not cancelled go to the ASA and Write a formal Complaint to Nutripaw
DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ACCEPT THE FREE GIFT UNLESS YOU WANT A SUBSCRIPTION YOU DIDN’T KNOW YOU HAVE THAT CANNOT BE CANCELLED - I am aware that’s in capitals and constitutes shouting, I’m angry and do not want anyone else to fall into the same trap

Ordered these remarkable treats to cure my dogs of digestive problems. Dogs would not touch them at all. Cancelled my subscription but still received another order and will cost me £4 to return them, was promised a return label which was sent via email but with no printer available this was impossible. Cut my losses and not returning them so BEWARE THAT THIS COMPANY ARE MOT ON YOUR SIDE IF DOGS HATE THE TREATS.

I have been using the calming treats as part of my rehomed dogs night time routine and I really think they have helped him to settle at night (which took nearly 6 months)

Put on a subscription and money taken out my account without my knowledge or consent. No customer service contact number. Only email. Generic reply. They try to delay, presumably so you will lose the will to get your money back.They have good products and don't need to do this tacky money making scheme. It appears to be a pattern. An absolute waste of my time chasing this up when all I wanted was supplements for the dog. Ironically I would have returned to this company for the supplements on a regular basis. I won't now and I won't be the only one who feels like this

Teeth seem cleaner but yet to see any improvement on canines.

My partner has been purchasing multiple products from this company for a long time and I would class her as a very valued Customer her recent delivery was far from a good experience. I contacted the company who have done nothing but pass the buck!
One of the products had a breach and was opened upon delivery and several other products were wrong. The total order was in excess of £130. We were initially told that Customer service will take care of it ASAP. Ridiculous the order was last Friday today is Wednesday the 24th. So a very bad experience and after reading some of the previous comments they’re not good either a lot of people saying the same terrible Customer service and hard to get your money back if there’s a problem! So down the trading standard route and small claims

Communication and great customer support and advice

Purchased the anti itch a while ago and couldn’t decide if it had made a difference to our Labrador so didn’t purchase another pot. However there was a noticeable increase in scratching (sounded like a thunderstorm with foot beating in the floor) so purchased another pot to try again and wow! They absolutely do make a difference and quite quickly as well.
