Since starting the Dental powder at the end of May, we have noticed her breath has improved significantly, in fact there is now no bad breath!
Her teeth and gums look healthy too.
We will continue using the Dental powder as it is definitely working for our girl.

Since Rosie has been taking the all itch immunity treats there has been a remarkable improvement no itching and Rosie seems a lot happier in herself if you have not tried them it is well worth a go and hopefully you see the same results as we have thank you nutripaw.

My dog loves taking his vitamins in the form of nutripaw! Just like a treat! He has recently just started the coat and skin ones and I’m starting to notice changes, more shine already! I recommend nutripaw to clients and friends

We have been using the dental kit for a few months now and can see a big difference in our 10 year old Borders teeth.

I have nutripaw product and havent tried it yet so wanted to cancel the subscription I signed up for. Able to communicate with nutripaw very quickly and the subscription cancelled immediately. Very helpful customer service

Appalling company do not use. When you order you sign up for a subscription. When you want to cancel, there is no where on the app to do this. Emailed them & fobbed off with how to do it yourself on app. Emailed again stating site does not allow me access to stopping subscription. A further email, their response “ a colleague will be in contact” that never happened but cancelled in March on app. That I hoped was the last of it.
Shock, horror , they have taken money out again this month( June) & today sending product. I have cancelled subscription again, emailed them again but now have requested my bank to block these parasites & con merchants.

I had a free sample of some chewy dental sticks that my dog enjoys so much that I tried to reorder them.I couldn’t find them on the website but James was quick to take up my cause, even on a Sunday..n I’m confident that I’ll be able to order them very soon..👱🏻‍♀️🐶❤️

⚠️ SCAM! Avoid this company at all costs – Unwanted products and impossible to cancel. You'll be locked in a circle of them taking your money and sending you products you didn't order and didn't subscribe to. They tell you the day they arrive too late. A fake AI "James" replied straight away to make you believe they have customer service, then nothing. No customer service, absolute rip off company. Huge scam. STAY AWAY. This many bad reviews shows what a deceitful company they are.

I felt I had to give 2 stars despite wanting to give 1 due to my utter frustration with their nasty marketing approach, only because they were reasonably responsive to my queries, although ultimately unhelpful.
Like others it seems I also got suckered into a subscription I didn't want and would never have willingly signed up to. I understand that subscriptions are what businesses want but this seemed deliberately designed to sign you up without realising.
I only knew I had been subscribed when I saw two emails. The first said they were we're getting my order ready and was sent at 5am, followed by a dispatch notice at 11am the same day. I only saw these after the item was dispatched, giving me no chance to react. I did eventually find another email from the previous day in my spam folder which looked like a marketing email but buried in the text said the item was being dispatched the next day - my only chance to have stopped it, if I had seen it in time.
Whilst they did agree to refund the item if I returned it, they insisted on charging £4 for the privilege.
I thought I would give the product (breath and teeth tartar improver) a go but after 2 months it seems to have made no difference.
A company that genuinely stands by its products wouldn't need to undertake such sneaky marketing tactics and would have given a full refund to an unhappy customer. As a result, I have no interest in dealing with this company again.

One of our dogs has had a antibiotic resistant ear infection which she caught from swimming since late 2025 - it’s taken that long to deal with the infection and it actually ended up in her middle ear, which can be very difficult to treat. The side effects of steroids and the antibiotics were all stacking up. She’s an older lady, so I wanted to know what could help her recovery.
She has been on the pre, pro and post biotics since early this year. I was sceptical, but we’re now seeing her ears are clearer from the wax buildup, which is part of the problem with an ear infection, and they also seem to have helped her gut biome during a long period of antibiotic.
She’s been off steroids for about 4 weeks and there’s been no sign of infection for 6 weeks.
Of course, she needed those prescription medications to deal with the infection, but she’s also been having the supplement for a few months now, and although I was putting off my review until her regular vet check in my opinion this product has helped immensely in alleviating the effects of long term prescription drugs and the reduction in ear wax. So she’s going to stay on it.

The calming food topper has been fantastic for my dog. He know longer is bothered by thunder, have yet to have fireworks around to see how he is with those. He has also stopped barking at everyone who walks past the house. Having it on subscription is great as it just arrives.

It’s early days yet as I was told that it can take up to 6-8 weeks before noticeable changes to my dogs teeth Only been using the dental powder for 5 weeks and I have seen a vast improvement with the build up of plague on my dogs teeth although not completely gone but definitely a lot better. Also his bad breath has improved as well. I am very pleased with how his dental treatment is going so far and hopefully it will continue to get better and his symptoms and oral hygiene will continue to improve. I would definitely recommend NutriPaw Dental Powder and have committed to a regular subscription

I can’t comment on the quality of their product because I haven’t had time to properly assess it.
However I can comment with authority how they have made me feel.
I ordered and paid for an item in May 2026.
In June I received an email saying that they were preparing to send the same product again - I wasn’t even aware I had bought the original on subscription (I normally avoid subs). However if I had done so I would expect an opportunity to cancel pre dispatch - not with NutriPaw!
I couldn’t find anywhere on their site to cancel the subscription so I emailed them asking them to cancel. The item was despatched and money taken.
Response to my email gave me written direction as to how to cancel (no screen shots) and I found I was being sent to something that did not appear to exist.
I felt they were no gaslighting me - I felt like I was tricked into buying on subscription from them, and then given no means of cancellation.
I asked for screenshots to support the description given for the cancellation - they said they would refer me on to someone else. I felt like they had followed a bullsh@t script that had no provenance!
Shortly after I received another email saying they were preparing another item for despatch. My email expressing bewilderment was answered by them saying that they had now cancelled my subscription (at last) - note still no screenshots to show how it can be done by the customer on the app.
This could the best product in the world but frankly I don’t trust them with my card details.
Why wouldn’t a company proud of its product not accept that some people might want to leave. Why do they think they have the right to take a customer financially hostage? Why make it so hard to cancel?

Smelly breath gone using the water formula.
No clear guidance on how to adjust orders frequency.
You’re great with the marketing and offering more products, but I would KE to see same great attention and ease of editing with existing orders.

Was so easy to understand what the products did and how they would help my dogs. Easy ordering too and great updates as when they were dispatched and when they would be delivered

Decided to try some liquid for dogs water to help with tarter build up and dental hygiene. The product itself seemed ok, I noticed his breath was a bit better.
My shock was half way through the month I noticed another amount of the same had been taken out of my account.
Upon investigating I discovered that I was now on a subscription which in my mind I had never signed up to. I was fuming. Then to add insult to injury it was so difficult to cancel, but I did manage in the end (hopefully). BE CAREFUL as you may think you are just buying a product as a one off and then are charged 30 days later for a reorder!
