They dont have international services. Bought a steami oven and have use it only 3 months and its main heating element breakdown, tried several times and reached out to them but no help was given. We purchased the appliance in uae and brought it here in uk, to our surprise it breakdown easily. Very poor quality. The worst part is even the item is under warranty they wont help you as they dont have international services compared to the big names brand. Its a waste of money!

I have some days experience only so far it's good. Baking option, pizza, air fryer these i have used.
1 issue is this steams come up on timer or display which blur it.
And 2ndly upload some videos on youtube for its tutorial, recipes (includes some indian pakistani dishes) it will help your present buyers or future buyers( people do searches before buying any product).
You must have Q&A section because your product is new and may be the user is new for using oven

I made an order on 16th of April and it’s showing 3-4 working days for the order to be delivered. Today its 23rd and still haven’t received it. Your WhatsApp response rate is really shameful with a company with your size that if they respond, i have sent a message on 11:34 and now it's 1:19 almost two hours , and they opened my message and didn’t even bother to respond!! i really regret considering buying from you.

Nice product, definitely worth of the investment, our menu is changed daily from the variety of recipes. With the stay home Corona's, we are enjoying our stay at home now, all the family are becoming chefs now. Good stuff.
